SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

I placed and order on the 1st of May, on the website it said my package will be delivered on the 12th of May, its been 2 after after the scheduled date but still nothing, when ask the about my order they told me that they handed over to the courier and I should track using the order number they provided, that order number is showing nothing the tracking page. they don't even respond on social media regarding my issue. TOTAL SCAM!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! DON'T BUY FROM FRAGRANCEX

Be careful. I ordered a product, they took my money and then a few days later I was suddenly refunded with no explanation. In those few days the exchange rate must have changed because I paid £81 and my refund was £77. If this is not a scam then it’s a badly organised company and I would avoid!

I thought it was a scum 1) It was my first experience with FragranceX 100% recomend , listen further 2) I was confused when i saw NITRO BLACK INTENSE BY DUMONT , on this site( in the UK i cannot find it at all ) I saw it on FragranceX , only for 25£ ex shipping , it took me 3 days to decide I've bought it then after they gave me tracking number in about 2hrs I was sceptic about this but as i said , it took me 3 days to take the decision 3) It arrived in 5 Days from USA 5 days Karl......really quick It arrived safely and i'm happy 100% about this purchase the fragrance it's 100% original... Buy with trust It's just insane , i'll order more !!!

Brioni EDP 100 ml for $45 prior to discount was a remarkable find, even compared to other Brioni products on the site, which were priced comparably to prices for Brioni bottles on other sites. For example, FragranceX had a smaller bottle of the same scent for $71. I'm happy with the scent and extremely pleased with the price. Tracking was virtually non-existent, but delivery was prompt. There was no padding in the package, so the bottle moved around in the outer box. But there was no damage.

Ik bestelde een DKNY parfum ergens begin maart. Ik moest dus begin april betalen. Ik vermeldde dan dat ik mijn levering niet ontvangen had. Ze zouden het oplossen maar nu krijg ik via Klarna dat ik het opnieuw zou moeten bestellen en weer betalen ! Mij niet gezien. Ook hun reclame van 80 % goedkoper klopt ook niet.
