Me and my finance went into and we had no idea in what watch to purchase. We were greates by Hamza and he was an about star. Amazing experience and he delivered amazing customer service. Great asset to the team in Leeds. Lindsy the store manager was great also. Managed to get a really good offer on a watch.

We had put a ring in for resizing that was bought here in 2008. Angela and her team had it completed for us in a week or so. When we picked the ring up it was still too big. The team managed to fast track it for us and we were able to drop off and collect on the same day. We've recently had a baby and we're not able to make more multiple trips. The team were really accommodating, kind and helpful. Amazing service!!

We popped in to Fraser Hart in Newbury and the staff were very welcoming, offering refreshments whilst we looked at a couple of watches. Nothing was rushed, they were attentive, but not pushy in any way and listened to me as I explained what I was looking for. They were knowledgeable and explained the different functions of the 2 watches I was interested in. Lovely staff, personable, professional with a great sense of humour. Overall a very pleasurable buying experience.
