Best protein powder! I add the vanilla to a smoothie every day for breakfast and sneakily added the greens powder to my last order. I’m not normally one to notice, but my hormones are definitely more balanced as for the first time ever not PMT or crazy food cravings when due on! I love that the subscription means I’ll never run out, but I have total control over each order.
My hormonal acne has almost vanished since starting the vegan protein. The chocolate tastes like a treat, not a typical protein shake. Packaging is super cute too, so nice to see a brand aimed at women!
While travelling I made an order to an European country, as per the advertisement, this should have not been an issue and yes, it could be subject to customs. The first order, not a problem at all. I was so delighted because I loved the product. Long story short it has been two months and the 2nd order has been returned by customs from Portugal, due to delays from Free Soul not providing the correct paperwork, the third order is in the wind and I have requested a full refund. It is a real shame, the responses from customer service take forever and it feels no one cares or reads the emails.
been taking for a week so havent really had time to see the benefits but, since taking them im feeling really sluggish and way more bloated all day than usual. I bought them to reduce bloating but it feels like its done the complete opposite..
I have pcos and tried these tablets and after using them Consistently for 2 months, taking 2 tablets in the morning and two at night I have noticed a massive difference in my skin it has gotten rid of all my spots and I have finally started bleeding naturally for the first time in years! So happy and so glad I started taking them! 🙂
So I’ve tried this for one month and I’m on the fence , I didn’t notice a huge change with bloating to be honest. I want to say I felt calmer and less snappy not sure if placebo or not,was going to try another brand but decided to buy another months worth and stick with it and see as I really want to love it . I will say it tastes lovely though ( mango flavor ) will review again after 2 months, perhaps 1 month isn’t enough to notice difference.
The protein is quite taste and mixes ok. Not bad (for a protein shake!)
I’ve been drinking the fs-greens every morning for about 8 months and it has been amazing. It took a while for me to notice a difference but I now rarely get uncomfortably bloated and when I do, I can work out exactly what caused it. Before drinking the greens bloating was a regular occurrence for seemingly no reason. I eat a fairly healthy diet but feel like these greens have offered my gut the boost it needs! Highly reccomend for IBS sufferers.
I recently purchased the vanilla protein powder and the apple cider gummies and they are amazing! The apple cider gummies were tasty so tasty and I could see my bloating go down each day, even after finishing all thr gymmies I still could see results! The protein power is so tasty too! I mix it with oat milk and banana and it is just so tasty and so beneficial for me too! I did accidentally take out a subscription of the protein power when I didn’t want to and the team were so so helpful and patient, it was within the same day that they had relied and explained in clear detail how I could cancel. Their kindness was really noticed and went a long way. I could tell it was genuine so thank you FS! 😊

I considered trying these for ages- I'm super sceptical and have never tried anything like this before. And I never leave reviews either! BUT this product has literally improved my quality of life so much day to day - after just a month I have zero bloating which I used to get every day and far worse during PMT. My PMT symptoms are so much better too. AT the age of 42 this product has been a godsend- and its delicious in a smoothie - a great way to start my day on the school run! Thank you Free Soul.
I suffer from endometriosis, I have hormonal imbalances and don’t have a regular period. Since taking these greens my pains are non existent, my periods are regular (once a month), my energy is on 100 & I just feel greater within myself. Definitely purchase this product
I suffer terribly with endometriosis and adenomyosis pain and bloating, it’s crippling at times and it affects my day to day life. I can quite honestly say that the green mango powder has changed my life. My bloating has gone down considerably and the pain has gone. Can’t recommend it enough
When ordering the Free Soul greens the item was send to a wrong address, however the customer assistant Rohini as well as other team members of customer service were extremely helpful and dispatched a replacement order with no extra charge, I had received this and have been taking it for 3 days. I must say it tastes amazing and I feel great after drinking a glass full of the greens. I usual had issues when drinking such things such as heart burn and stomach ache and to my surprise I was absolutely fine after drinking the greens and felt great. Can not wait to see how I will feel after a full month of taking the product. I absolutely recommend this product.
