Nice jacket , size is a bit smaller than some companies but otherwise . Very quick delivery.
Great range of products, most of which are quickly despatched. Have noticed, however, that courier used (Hermes/Evri) is one of the worst in the country and their delivery can be erratic.

I have been with Freemans for many years, i enjoy shopping with them, for choice, style and price. The service is always very good, that i have recieved from them. Had a few problems recently with there delivery company Evri, but i cant complain how Freemans have handled this. They are very customer focused, they will do everthing, in there power to help with a customer inquiry, it's just a shame they moved there customer service call centre off-shore.
Complete Baffoons - AVOID and make purchases from a more reputable company. Ordered a pair of trainers in size 7 - size 8 delivered. Contacted customer support who arranged for wrong size to be collected and right size sent out. After waiting 3 days contacted customer services who said replacement shoes were with Hermes for delivery despite me saying Hermes tracking shows parcel not received. Surprise, surprise nod delivery received. Back onto customer services who then said oh, shoes not posted and we now have sold out - sorry. Appalling company.
I sent one item back for a refund got the email to say item received and my refund will be processed back to my original payment method within 5 working days. 5 days go by still can’t see the money in my account call customer services who say a cheque has been sent for my refund?! I questioned why as this was not my original payment method so now have to wait for the cheque to arrive then travel all the way into a busy town to find a bank that’s actually open if I do receive the cheque that is as now I’m skeptical as who sends a cheque to someone for a refund to pay it into my account?! Never had this before with any online order I have done! Will not be purchasing any more items from freemans again really disappointed!
Ordered a pair of navy leather Birkenstocks when they were delivered they were pale blue and a fabric type of material. (Vegan) nothing like the picture or description Rang customer service and the lady checked the website yes they were pictured as navy leather and the description was leather. She said their legal dept would ring me but anfter 5 days still no telephone Arranged collection which was collected the next day. This was my first order with this company so a very poor first impression

Applied for an account, went through with no problem so I ordered a Rug. Freemans cancelled my application. Received a phone call 2 days later asking if I still wanted an account, it went through (for the 2nd time) and I reordered the Rug. Two Rugs turned up so returned one so had to wait in. Delivery man left the gate open. I live on a busy main road and he heard the dogs barking. It’s not rocket science and he didn’t speak a single word of English so didn’t understand about the importance of shutting the gate! What a pantomime. Rubbish CS. Wouldn’t recommend.
