First time customer using Funky Hampers and ordered the pink gin hamper for a friend's 60th birthday who was delighted with it. The order was delayed for 24 hours however customer service refunded my next day delivery charge which was very kind. Thanks so much will definitely use again.

Amazing selection to choose from with fast delivery options too! Perfect present for my granny who has everything! Loved it and it arrived safe and sound with my granny showing it off to all her friends! It’s so beautiful she said she doesn’t want to use anything in it! Only improvement is I booked for a certain day and it came the next, I know it’s not always guaranteed but shipping updates said it was shipped and ready for it to go on that day! Other than that small oversight I cannot fault them!

Bought a 1950's themed hamper for a friends Birthday and it went down really well.
The hamper I ordered arrived really quickly and was absolutely beautiful. It was presented in such a lovely way, and was a great present to bring to my friend’s 40th birthday party - I received some admiring comments from others who had just brought a standard bottle so I gave them the tip for their next present.

I have used Funky Hampers several times and been extremely happy with the products and delivery. However, to my disappointment I ordered a birthday gift on the 1st of May and it still has not been delivered as of the 8th of May. I have contacted customer services and they said it is due for delivery tomorrow which takes this to a 9 day delivery slot. I was informed that deliveries are not made at weekends or bank holidays, however taking this into consideration this is still a 6 day delivery slot, (if it is delivered tomorrow), which is not the 2-3 day delivery time that Funky Hampers advertise. I'm very disappointed as this was for my son-in-laws birthday which has now passed.
