Delivery was very prompt and the delivery guys were great and helped me get the sofa into place via my patio doors. Sofa itself is exactly as advertised, perfect colour match and is amazing quality compared with other sofas I looked at and were way more expensive. Big bonus is that it is super comfy
Called before to check stock, told 7 in stock. Called a 2 days after ordering for an update, told item had been dispatched and would arrive in 3 days. Called 3 days later as no delivery update, issue escalated, got a call back to say item is out of stock.

My father ordered a couch for his home but accidently added his work address on the delivery. I called directly to change the home address and the costumer service team not only told me is nothing that they can do but also the guy was laughing at me, asked to speak to a manager but they kept me in line for 25min. After calling multiple times and trying to sort out his mistake(but we all make mistakes) they only solution that I was given is to wait for the order to arrive, then refuse the couch to the delivery drivers, probably get a refund but not the delivery fee!!!OUTRAGEOUS!! So now I received the 3seater couch in my office and I had to arrange and pay again for another delivery to bring the couch back at home! I do not recommend this company at all -costumer service team really really bad and not able to help .I can't understand how they couldn't change the address a minute after the order was put in place. My father is an old man and all this situation made him upset but the costumer service team couldn't care less. Why have a costumer service team at all?

Bought a dressing table and stool. Both excellent quality. The table arrived o. Due date in flat pack with well designed, limited assembly, clear instructions, sturdy construction and a white gloss finish to all visible surfaces complemented by a pleasing interior finish

Damaged my property on delivering a sofa. The first exactly the same sofa was delivered well on the second occasion the delivery team damaged my door and floor. They admitted liability at my house then when the team got back to the depo they changed their story. Customer service who was difficult to contact, gave me £50 goodwill. No room for negotiation. I wouldn’t recommend this company, apparently the delivery team make the judgement if item will fit, and this varies between the drivers. 🤦🏽
Well made attractive cot ,handy drawer underneath. Changes into bed for early years .

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered a table and four chairs. The table (box 2) was delivered on 4 May - good, quick service . . . but instead of the box with the 4 chairs (box 1), I was sent a duplicate box 2 in error. This second table was then collected on 8 May with the promise that the 4 chairs would then be dispatched, but no chairs were sent. Now I am told there are none available. It is a dining set. The chairs are not sold separately! I have been miscommunicated with several times and told a dedicated 'Case Manager' would get in touch, on two occasions. This has not proved to be the case. Following a telephone call to complain, I was told the chairs were out of stock. This is a joke as the chairs are not sold separately and so the 'lost' chairs that go with my table have to be at the warehouse, somewhere, otherwise how could my order have been processed in the first place? My advice - DO NOT BUY FROM FURNITURE 123 unless you are prepared for a whole load of hassle and appalling customer service!

I would avoid this company to be honest. We ordered a garden dining set, 6 seats and table, only 5 chairs received and one of the 5 is damaged. Customer service is impossible, dealing with different people and having to explain the situation again and again. No compensation offered and overpriced for such bad service. I would use dunelm or Homebase instead.
I was sent a bed with marks, scratches and tears. I messaged/emailed/spoke to them on the phone numerous times requesting for the item to be swapped for one in a new condition, but they keep offering me 'sincerest apologies' and £30 discount! I wish I could upload photos on here, so I can show the condition the bed was sent in! Unacceptable! And the customer services advisor we spoke to on the phone yesterday was extremely rude! I would not recommend buying anything from this company.
