Ordered wrong lenses. Support helped me straighten the problem out and shipped me the right lenses.
I spoke with Kayla, who was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the wrong lens sizes, which is completely my fault, but she told me the correct ones that I needed, and initiated the order process for me, as well as sending me the return shipping label. Really, for an error that was mine, she was kind and made the process as easy and painless as possible. 6/5 stars.
I emailed in about lenses I purchased for some very old Ray Bans about 6 years ago. I didn’t have the original order information and didn’t remember the correct lenses. Alexandria reached back out very quickly and informed me that they would replace my lenses as a warranty issue and was even able to change the color for me! Rock star customer service!

I had difficulty getting lenses to fit into my frames. Alexandria quickly offered to send new lenses to try. Those also did not fit. Alexandria then offered to custom fit lenses to my frames. This has been done and delivered, and the glasses look great. It has been an amazing experience.

I had a replacement warranty, and once my shipment didn't arrive. Every single time they assisted within an hour I opened the ticket and provide fast satisfactory solution. One of the best customer supports I ever dealt with. Also lenses are of great quality, not a scratch in 1 year of heavy use on a sandy beach. They come with cool branded stickers and a lens pouch.
There’s no reason why anybody should ever have to pay for original replacement lenses ever! I know I won’t. These lenses are even BETTER than originals.

The first set of lenses didn’t fit my Costa Caballito. They made it right by offering to send in my frames. They came back with perfect lenses, that I honestly think are better than my original Costa Lenses, and will probably last longer.
