The order arrived quicker than expected & all was perfect. The service was also amazing.
Order arrived but jeans are too big. Tried every way to download a return incl numerous emails but absolutely no response. The web site does Not allow one to enter the details on the return page. I have been forced to send the parcel to CT with a 3rd party who will try to go to a store to sort. It has been a very unsatisfactory experience

Livraison catastrophique : j’étais présente mais le livreur n’a pas sonné. Puis J’ai reçu un message disant que le colis serait a tel relais, faux. G-Star m’a donné une autre adresse. Introuvable car pas d’enseigne. J’ai fait un retour boutique, refusé alors que le site disait ok pour retour. Totalement insatisfaisant

Er zat een winkeltag aan de jas die ik ontving. Retourneren op kosten van G-star Outlet is moeizaam: oké, foto’s maken voor bewijs, dat begrijp ik. Een formulier invullen kan ook, maar mailconversatie meesturen, formulier geprint meesturen, geen excuses maar een ‘risico van online winkelen,’ kreeg ik. Klantenservice vind ik niet klantgericht en dienstverlenend. Erg jammer. Hierdoor zal ik niet snel meer bestellen bij de outlet online (voor online shoppers!)
