Item was delivered quickly but there was an issue with the lid of the product. Phoned customer service who arranged for another 1 to be sent out which again arrived quickly. Cannot fault the service & support given, highly recommend

We bought quite a bit of Kettler Elba range garden furniture. Competitive on price. Lady on sales team was able to help for a change and actually answered my question plus told me how I could receive additional 5% discount. Items arrived speedily albeit on pallets that I had to dispose of. Items also really super well wrapped from manufacturer which actually takes as much time to undo as assembly (well nearly). In fact since my initial purchases I have ordered their Sumo storage box which I am currently waiting for. Would definitely recommend.
Very Disappointed.. Reading the delivery time scale on the dinning set I was looking to purchase being that of 3/4 days 7/10 on larger items I ordered on the 22nd of April . I ordered in good faith my set would be delivered within the time scale/s given. Or would expect to be told otherwise On Tuesday 30th of April 8 days after Purchase I had not had any delivery date given . I emailed customer service asking Garden Trends if I was any closer to receiving my order. My reply informed me they were expecting a delivery Thursday (I was not told the set was not in stock when purchasing I would have purchased else where) and to look out for a confirmation of my delivery date thurs 2nd or Friday 3rd Of May. No delivery date !!! I Called customer service team on the Saturday to be told Garden Trends Stocked their Alexandra Rose items in their A.R warehouse I should receive confirmation of a delivery date next Tuesday it would be marked as urgent..now Tuesday evening … Nothing!! Checked my junk box just incase. To add insult to my frustration I have just received an email from Garden Trends reading “Hope your enjoying your purchase, here are some other items we have picked out for you you may like “??? Could I be in receipt of the item first please. Come on Garden Trends someone somewhere isn’t doing their job properly at least keep your customers upto date if you didn’t have the stock in in the first place .

Superb quality garden furniture by Kettler. So well packaged and delivered to us by a friendly and helpful delivery driver. We saw the same furniture in our local garden centre for £600 more!! We bought it from Garden Trends and were also able to afford the the side table and the amazing quality covers! The covers are a real pleasure to put over the furniture. They fit like a glove and look good too! First time purchase but our experience was so good that we'd buy from you again.

We have just purchased a beautiful garden set from Garden Trends after doing extensive research into the company reviews and also reviews on the product. The delivery process was efficient and we were kept updated. When the product arrived there was a fault and we raised this with Garden Trends who were quick to resolve this and to our satisfaction with the set replaced without issue. The furniture itself is beautiful and although we had a fault issue, this appears to have been a completely isolated incident. Overall we are really happy with the service and the products and would highly recommend.

My husband and I visited the Moss End Showroom to try out the furniture, the sales staff were great, very knowledgeable and were not pushy for the sale. We ended up purchasing 2 furniture sets, the Miami Deluxe corner set and the Seattle dining set. Delivery was prompt, communication was amazing. Set up was easy and the furniture is really great quality for the price paid. We’ve had one issue with one of the chairs but Laura at head office has been wonderful, her communication skills are second to none, she keeps on top of everything and updates me as soon as anything changes. The one damaged chair has been replaced with zero issue. Laura is an asset to the company. I would highly recommend Garden Trends for any of your garden furniture needs. Hopefully we won’t be in the market for new garden furniture any time soon but I wouldn’t hesitate in using Garden Trends again in the future.
