I have NoT received my products
I left genuine two product reviews on their Taiwan website after purchasing; however, as they are both negative reviews, they never showed up. Now I understand why all their products have good reviews on their website. Clearly they are filtering honest opinions that are not in the favor to give consumers a false sense of confidence when purchasing. This is such disgusting business practice. Also, I am still owed credits from when I referred a friend from probably over a year ago. Guess who's not doing that again?

I was offered 25% discount with code GLNC. Only £5.80 was deducted which is not 25% of £49.50. Then I was given no choice of delivery option- the only option was to pay £3.99 for tracked delivery when your website offered free delivery for this amount.
I have ordered protein powders and supplements from Garden of Life for a few years now, but my most recent experience with them has been awful. My order didn’t arrive (proved by tracking) and they are being no help at all in arranging a replacement or refund. One person will say ‘sure, I’ll sort this for you now, would you like a replacement or refund’ and the following person asks me to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks. Different people tell me different info, but no one is willing to help. I now have to go via my credit card provided to get a refund. It is extremely frustrating. I’m now looking for a new company to support, which perhaps I should have dont a while ago and stopped supporting Nestle earlier. Very upset customer. Update - a couple days after leaving this review, Garden of Life have called me, and emailed, to say they will refund the order. I have placed another order and I hope should I ever need their customer service in the future they will be more helpful in the first instance.

Really love the product. Had been out of stock and was waiting for it to come in again . Received an email on 2nd May with a code for 20% off. But when I used it , it had expired at the end of April. Annoying , so that’s reflected in my 3 star rating. I still made the purchase though !
