We spent a lot of money on the Amberley sofa set. Sadly the delivery company would not assemble it although I was told by Garden Trading they would build it and take away the packaging. Delivery was a day late too. The product will be great when finished, I’m sure!

I ordered a garden bench from you in April as a present for my brother and his wife. I or they have had no information as to when you will deliver it. Ive been sent numerous reminders asking how you’ve done but no bench had been delivered. I’ve tried numerous times to phone you - no one picks up. I have submitted a request to your customer service, just a response saying it will be dealt with. I’m now concerned that this company might be a scam.
