Some of the best customer service I've ever had from a company. Product not the right fit for my piano, issued a free replacement product with next day delivery within about 3 minutes on the phone. Service like that keeps hold of customers!
Fantastic customer service. I made an error with my delivery date and really needed the keyboard to arrive in time for my granddaughters birthday. Gear 4 music were incredibly helpful and obliging. Couldn’t rate them highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant, bought a microphone bundle but was missing a piece but luckily a member from customer service (Daniel) resolved the issue instantly and had me sent a the piece I needed. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for good quality equipment for podcasts, music etc. Thanks Daniel for all the help

BE CAREFUL ABOUT DELIVERY!!.... i use click & collect because parcel deliveries are so unreliable. BUT Gear4music use DPD (uk), and this company INSISTS that you must show a valid passport or driving license to collect your parcel! I didnt have either, but fortunately for me the girl at click & collect let me have the parcel showing a bank statement.
Completely mislead and failed on delivery. Paid over £850 for a specialist stage piano which was time critical. Paid an additional c. £40 for Saturday delivery. Had no further updates other than the order confirmation etc so called Saturday morning to confirm delivery. Unfortunately it hasn't even been dispatched. Ryan was very helpful so can't argue with the service. Refunded the Saturday charge and booked the next available slot but we're now £850+ tied in and with no piano for a performance. So, so frustrating that despite the good service from their team, it's left a real sour taste. *EDIT* An hour or so after my Saturday morning call I had a call back from their team. Whether that was this (initially) 1* review or not I don't know but they said whilst they don't usually delivery stage pianos by DPd on Sunday due to the cost, given the failing they would make an exception. Whilst frustrating the Saturday delivery didn't happen, the fact they did pull off a Sunday delivery and managed this on Saturday is impressive and has completely reversed the experience, so 1* now 4*

Gear4Music ist nach meiner Erfahrung sicher ein seriöser Laden, bei dem es Synthies und Zubehör manchmal ein paar € günstiger gibt als bei der Konkurrenz, die paar € mehr lohnen sich nach meiner Erfahrung jedoch auch zu zahlen. Bei den ca. 3-4 mal wo ich bei Gear4Music bestellt hab kamen die Pakete mit Rissen und zerknüllt an, war also mies verpackt.. keine Ahnung ob das an der Qualität des Kartons, dem Verpacken selbst oder am Lieferdienst liegt. Ware ist gut aber der Kundenservice hat mich bei einer Reklamation einfach geghosted. Wenn ihr also etwas teureres Bestellt und einen guten Service erwartet, wendet euch lieber an die anderen bekannten Stores.

Sent away my musical instrument (clarniet) for a trade in price. It cost me £6.99 to send my item to themselves. Received an email 10 days after posting explaining that my instrument was deemed ineligible. I was told by email that my item was not as described and also one of the keys on the instrument was loose. The key was not loose when I sent the instrument away. Therefore I believe this is false information or my instrument has been damaged during the process. In order for my item to be returned to me, I have been asked to pay a bill (via phone call) of £10.48. I am really not happy about this as I am now £17.47 out of pocket and no instrument traded in! Absolute disgrace of a company, would not recommend
