The customer experience is fantastic, they have great support that answers almost immediately, kindly and with efficiency. The prices are also pretty good, i couldn't find another website that has lower prices than this. The only problem i had was with a delay in the shipping that was fixed with a couple coupons so i'm happy

Purtroppo ho acquistato da questo sito incurante delle recensioni negative e basandomi solo su quelle positive. Ho acquistato una centrale elettrica OSCAL con una batteria ausiliaria e 4 pannelli pieghevoli OSCAL. Centrale difettosa e dopo un mese di foto video email ad oggi nessuna soluzione è arrivata. Ho inviato le stesse foto e video alla casa madre OSCAL che mi riconosce il difetto scrivendo di contattare il venditore per il rimborso o per la sostituzione. Naturalmente ho scritto anche questa decisione di OSCAL a Geekbuying ma nessuna risposta. Sono davvere deluso amareggiato e arrabbiato visto che ho fatto un ordine per una cifra che supera i 3.500 euro. Ovviamente se le cose dovessero cambiare non esiterò a modificare la mia recensione ma al momento mi sento di consigliare di stare lontano da questo sito.-

Heb ergens in oktober 2023 een zonnecel oplader gekocht. En die pas geleden in gebruik genomen,was absoluut prut ding. Meteen contact met geekbuying gezocht en probleem voor gelegd. Uiteindelijk kon ik product terug sturen of €15 terug krijgen en niet terug sturen. Heb Uiteindelijk gekozen voor €15 . Kans bestond dat de verzendkosten hoger zouden zijn dan wat product koste.

Très déçu. Bonjour, Je reçu ma trottinette électrique que je commande chez geekbuying. Au bout de 47km au compteur, le bouton On off de la trottinette est cassé. Depuis lors, J'essaie de contacter le service SAV pour trouver une solution. Mais il me font tourner au tour du pot. Finalement, je dois retourner la trottinette avec mes propos frais à Pologne. En plus de cela ,il m'envoie même pas l'adresse à la qu'elle je dois retourner leurs trottinette de... .Au moment de commande ,j'avais bien choisi le service de retour local ,à vrai dire c'est une grosse arnaque car pour retourner la trottinette je dois payer avec mon argent et je ne sais d'où retourner la trottinette. JE VOUS DÉCONSEILLE DE PASSER COMMANDE CHEZ EUX ,IL PRENE VOTRE ARGENT, QUAND VOUS AUREZ UN PROBLÈME LEURS TROTTINETTE ILS VOUS ENVOIE BALADE.
Before placing the order, I contacted customer service the response was great and they provided contact details for the warehouse. I spoke with Sophie who was very responsive and answered all my questions at the end she gave me an extra discount coupon after that I made my purchase (Projector).
