I my experience Geologie has some of the best customer service of any on line company I have dealt with. They are very prompt in responding and make adjustments in the favor of the consumer as need be. Great products and customer service are a winner.
They give you hell if you try to cancel. They fail to tell you you can’t cancel before 21 days. They don’t send you any reminders of upcoming payments. They don’t have live support over the phone, or chat. They take half a day to respond to email just to not be helpful when you explain what you need. They rather collect money than have a customer that may come back.

Waited over three weeks and they haven't even shipped my order. They say it was 'lost in transit' despite the fact that DHL never even received the order. And since they insist it was 'lost in transit' despite the tracking proof, they say they can't even issue a refund. 0/10 SCAM.

Geologie makes men's skincare incredibly seamless. The vitamin C serum combined with the morning and night creams work perfectly, giving my skin that bright glow effortlessly.
These guys have great products, but their customer service is what really sets them apart. They recently shipped and order incorrectly, but they were very quick to make it right and communicated promptly the entire way...great company.
To anyone out there who is considering to buy from Geologie. STAY AWAY IMEEDIATELY. Once you purchase something they put you on a “auto” supscription without you agreeing to anything. I woke up and saw my balance charged 200 USD without giving any permission. The whole day have I not received any information like mails and such. Terrible scam strategy. If I had the ressourcers I would sue Them without a thought. Do not give Them any credit card information. STAY AWAY
I love my Geologie products. I’ve been using their routine for a few years and I recently started using their natural deodorant and Superclean body wash and am a big fan. Highly recommend.
I'm in uk for 2 months money has come out my bank not brought anything and more money would of come out next month. Don't know if my bank details was hacked but never subscribed and definitely not got nothing for the money
While I was skeptikal of these products at first, theu have turned out to be great. Any issue along the way have been quickley handled by their customer service in a satisfactory manner. I have been using them for over 1 year and very happy with the results.
As a father of three daughters I have always been aware of the importance of skin care but never really thought of it for myself. Well, Geologie won me over. Regimen #28 has truly made an impact on my health and appearance. The love you put in is the love you get back. And now we can add skin care to our family conversations! That’s cool.
Customer service tries everything to help you be satisfied aside from the obvious solution when a product burns your eyes and skin…a refund. Continuously asks for a photo to show the irritation which is something I’m not willing to do. Don’t mind the face wash and retinol lotion but the eye cream is not for me. Will likely cancel subscription since they do not guarantee satisfaction or offer refund when you have a negative reaction as most other major cosmetics companies do. Update rating to 3 stars from 1: after several back and forth emails, customer service did finally provide me with store credit for the item that irritated my skin. I recommend starting with the sample size of everything you my want, which I did not. That way you don’t have to beg for a refund. I will continue to use the 2 items that work for me.
Truly outstanding products - noticed a massive difference within three days. Face is smooth and glowing. Customer service is incredible, super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend
So far I have been very pleased with the products. The flexibility of a subscription or non subscription based purchased is great. Also the sales that run pretty regularly make things more affordable. The products themselves have been great and as represented.
Hello, This is Praneeth. I have been using geologie from the past 2 years and I must say I have seen real changes. For people giving any sort of negative feedback, I urge you to wait for few months to see real changes, as any new active ingredient used can some irritation for a week or 2 before adjusting to the skin. I am seeing great results with clear system, hydro gel moisturizer and clay mask.. highly recommended!

This is an excellent product. I've been using the 3 stage skin care line for over a month and my skin is clear and it's prevented further breakouts. I've tried a lot of products and Geologie is the only acne product that actually works. I would definitely recommend.
I really like the rewards program. Staying on a routine, especially one that works, can get expensive. Geologie does a good job with their rewards program so that it doesn't get too expensive. I have tried other systems as well (Lumin) and have found the customer service and shipping to be better with Geologie and the product line to be far superior in valuen and effectiveness.
Really like the products. Like how you have the option of signing up for a subscription or purchasing products al a cart. Also being able to order from Amazon is nice as well.
