Girlfriend picked the trainers that she wanted in her size 5 when they arrived slightly oversized so should have got 4 to 4.1/2 instead couldn't be bothered sending back in future will get her to try on in shop

I’ve been ordering goods from these guys for a good few years now without any problems, deliveries are quick, good reasonable pricing from genuine manufacturers and have never had to return anything until now, all I can say is that if you want to send anything back, this is where your let down badly, their customer service is terrible to say the least, send them an email to ask a question and instead you get, they will aim to answer within 5 days, just trying to get a response is like pulling teeth, also takes a while to get a refund, don’t think I’ll be ordering anything again, will be closing my account , well disappointed..

I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from Get the label. I recently returned an order, following all the necessary procedures and within the required timeframe. Despite this, I have yet to receive my refund.I contacted customer service multiple times, but each time, I was met with vague responses and empty promises that my issue would be resolved soon. It has now been over two weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has eroded my trust in get the label. I expected better from a company of your reputation. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for get the label to improve its refund process and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this company to others.
