Broken item no response from customer service

Necklace came in good time however after wearing it only a number of times it snapped. I emailed multiple times. This company do not respond to emails. I wouldn't recommend this company. I have an extremely disappointed daughter and a broken necklace. They may reply to this review asking to email their support team but I have already done this without any response. Its been weeks now.

Belts are not worth the money

I ordered my husband 2 belts for our wedding anniversary. They turned up with writting wrong way around. Emailed off numerous times. Never ever any reply back to fix the problem. My husband decided to just wear them as we hadn't heard anything back. Each belt lasted close to 1 month before breaking. Again emailed off and no reply. Do not buy from this company, u will be wasting ur money. Very unhappy customer. The least this company could do , is reply to peoples emails. Numerous emails. I have given up emailing, so now its time to send a very unhappy review

Poor customer service

My partner order a necklace and bracelet for me. When wearing the bracelet out on a walk. The charm has fallen off - the chain still around my wrist. This was the first week wearing the bracelet. We have both emailed the company and had no response re the unsecured charm. The bracelet was beautiful however I won’t be using the service again or recommending it as I have had no communication from the company re the missing charm. Poor customer service, really disappointed! Edit - as you can see, 4 days ago they asked me to email them to resolve the issue and once again I have had no response from their customer service team. Terrible customer service. I won’t be using or recommending to anyone

I ordered a bracelet for Mother’s Day…

I ordered a bracelet for Mother’s Day and paid extra postage to have it by the days stated in delivery and it arrived over 14 days late and broken. When I asked for a return they refused so when I took it up with PayPal they said if I closed the dispute they would refund me. I definitely did not trust them so continued. I then had to return the item and show proof which would cost over £25 which wasn’t worth the cost not knowing if they would say they didn’t receive the item. I knew from the beginning they didn’t want to pay for a refund so I definitely wasn’t spending more money for them to still refuse.

I am a customer who has quite a bit of chains and very disappointed in the turnout of the items. My daughter passed away, and I ordered picture quite a few of them to be precise. Each one of them had the same defect after spending hundreds of dollars they are refusing to replace it please people be careful what you get from this company. They are not what they say. They are in their products are really really bad. I have pictures I’m gonna try to download them to show everybody how many Photo necklace, I bought. Somehow, I’ll find a way to post them to give heads up to everybody

Hi I've ordered 5 of the Angel Wing…

Hi I've ordered 5 of the Angel Wing pendants with photos, 4 were perfect but my own had the wrong picture in it, I ordered the 22 inch rose gold pendant for myself and am jealous that Mam, my sister and nieces can wear theirs and I can't, I've checked the order submitted and it looks correct but obviously I done something wrong, if I send mine back can you please change the photo for me of just Dad, hoping to hear some feedback xx

Poor quality items and terrible customer service!

I paid for express delivery 3-5 days and the order turned up 2 weeks later. The order arrived green, very poor quality and broken. The company will not give me a refund even though their refund policy states you can get a full refund or exchange within 15 days. I keep getting an automated response that they would refund 20 percent of my order which for a faulty, unusable and poor quality product is not acceptable. Since refusing this they have ignored me. Total waste of money - do not buy from this company!

Order never arrived and they refuse to fully refund me

I made an order on February 15th. After 1 month and a half, the order never arrived to my place, it shows as "returned" in the tracking site and the customer support is only replying back with automatic messages. They refuse to give me a full refund (they gave a 10% refund for a product that never arrived, so I paid 90% of nothing). I would not recommend this service to anyone, if you have a problem with your order, it is imposible to have a clear communication with the customer support.

This was easy. I live 5,000 miles away from my Grandchildren, so every holiday I put monogram items up in my house and send them a picture. This was an easy and quick process. Looking forward to seeing them and their reaction. We both need this.
