GILLETTE FUSION5 RAZOR BLADES In my opinion are simply the best blades on the market today. I have used another top brand of blades for years but after purchasing and using GILLETTE FUSION5 RAZOR BLADES I will never use another brand again. I have previously used the fusion razor but decided it was time for a change and ordered the labs razor with 4 blades for £29 needless to say I was a bit miffed when I received another email fro Gillette telling me it was now £22. I also thought that the fusion blade gave a better shave , Share the concern of another reviewer when trying to open the metal travel case.Nightmare
Bought Gilette 2 type pack of 5 disposable razors. Good name for them because I wish I had binned them before using them. Blunt and scratchy, took me 3 razors to shave with and left stubble.I know they were cheap and have no lubricating strip but they dont work. Never again.

Just cut my finger trying to get into my new Gillette lab5 skincare shaving gel. Well done to the Gillette quality for not testing customer accessibility to a product wrapped in a plastic shrink wrapping that is impenetrable to human hands. Where was your Quality Management System when you signed this as good to go!!!! Probably need to think about selling this product with a Swiss Army knife so your customers can actually have a shave 👍
Great blades at a good price but far too many emails offering deals that are nowhere near deals in my opinion and as such I will not be buying any of them. I think once a week email is quite sufficient otherwise I will be unsubscribing.

I have a subscription and was offered a free gift for bulk buying razors. This I did and the code failed. I contacted customer support and was just told that it worked for them I nothing could be done. Here's a radical idea - just send me the gift - after all I had spent well over £50. Unfortunately despite claims to great customer service companies like Gillette stick agents in call centers who lack the control to sort out a problem if it doesn't fit a standard tick box. In this case outstanding customer service would have cost them a stamp. It isn't my job to fix an IT problem which is what the agent suggested.
