The style and color are absolutely my taste, and I appreciate your kindness. However, after wearing them only a few times, I’ve noticed a significant issue with the quality. The plastic material has started to peel off, which is quite disheartening. Considering that these shoes were not inexpensive, I feel disappointed. I truly love the design and how they look, but the material has let me down. I’m torn because they are my favorite shoes, yet the durability falls short.
This one was much better than the first. I previously ordered some shoes that I'm in love with but can't fit. I'm glad I can wear these.

Disappointing Experience with Giuseppe Zanotti - Faulty Product and Poor Customer service My first experience with Giuseppe Zanotti was extremely disappointing. I purchased a pair of trainers, only to find upon arrival that the zips were faulty. Hoping to resolve the issue promptly, I contacted their customer service department, only to be met with further frustration. The representative informed me that I needed to provide multiple pictures of the faulty product for their investigation process. This would have been understandable if it weren't for the fact that I had purchased these trainers specifically for Eid, which was only five days away. Despite explaining my urgent need for a resolution, the company showed no empathy or urgency in addressing my concern. As a result, I was left without appropriate footwear for Eid celebrations, which was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. It's evident that Giuseppe Zanotti prioritizes bureaucratic procedures over customer satisfaction and loyalty. In the future, I'll be sticking to established designer labels like YSL and Gucci, where I've never encountered such disregard for customer needs. Giuseppe Zanotti has lost a potential repeat customer due to their lackluster product quality and inadequate customer service.
Ease of use of navigating the website and checking out. Extremely fast delivery. I would normally purchase at at Neiman or Saks but they were sold out in my size. Will definitely be a repeat client.

This company is a scam. I have returned an order using the UPS shipping label they have provided. The carrier lost the item in transit, and I never got my refund. How is it my fault? I have packed it carefully, and used the shipping label they gave me. They are refusing to give my refund. This is a scam, and totally unacceptable. If you do not issue my refund, I will have to sue you and make a police report. (order: #12000080236 )
