Awful customer service, a glorified faq, but, if you ask to talk to a human 3 times, you get to talk to ChatGPT, isn't that wonderful!? I tried to return a pair of glasses, they were too big, and they somehow altered my depth perception, the email they sent had no qr code, which you would need to return it from a UPS store, and clicking the USPS shipping label link, was a dead link. I have been fighting with their bots, and one time, actual humans, who gave me useless information, for weeks, just to return something I can't use. Never using them again, never buying glasses online again, thanks for ruining my experience, you wads!
Easy to use and affordable. Also, a good return policy if they don't fit. Now all I need to do is fill out my insurance form!
I love your glasses but prices have gone up. 🙁 I also don't like to refer friends online. I prefer to talk to them directly instead of giving away their email addresses. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.
I enjoyed the simplicity of the ordering process but the prices and variety of styles could be better.
easy to use interface
This is my second review of this terrible company! I order 2 set of glasses on March 19,2024 and here we are May13,2024. Still no glasses, one pair has been re-made twice and still have not received. Second pair have been remade now 3 times and still have not received. Plus they will not return the funds I paid for the glasses. They have every excuse in the book, and have very poor customer service from overseas. Can anyone believe that I have been waiting almost 2 months, that could have got at any local eye glass shop in less then a week I WILL BE TAKING A CLAIM WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE. WHAT A CRAPPY COMPANY.

I recieved a used repair version of these glasses.
It's been 1 month and 12 days since I ordered my glasses and they still haven't shown up. No customer service. Terrible, terrible business. Do not buy from GlassesUSA.
