I made a purchase and was told at check out I would receive a confirmation email with my order number shortly. I haven't received an email and my credit card has been debited. I have sent emails to customer services and haven't received a response.
I think this company might be a scam. I tried the Vitamin C Clay Mask. Followed the instructions exactly and didn't use any other products with this, the product gave me SEVERE burning sensation on my chin when removed I noticed irritation also made my forehead broke out with acne, I had 2 bought containers so I tried each to see if maybe one was a bad batch the second container burned but not as bad as the first so I think there might be a quality control issue going on. Tried reaching out twice over a 2 week period to the company to see if I'm having an allergic reaction and they did not get back to me. Reading the website, refunds outside of US and UK you have to pay to ship it back before getting a refund which is a bit annoying, but more unhappy with the fact I was having some sort of medical health issue from the product and they didn't get back to me. (update they finally got back to me only after I had to resort to putting a couple of bad reviews on their Instagram, they didn't give me an explanation for my reaction there answers were just copy and paste responses)
I ordered the products from Gleaming on Instagram December 15, 2023. I wanted to give 2 of the products I ordered as Christmas gifts. I paid $86.38. I have sent several personal emails to them and no one as responded as of right here today January 01, 2024. I was a first time buyer and I WILL NEVER ORDER from them again. Now I have to go through the long process of getting a refund from this terrible customer service who never responds back.I have also sent 2 messages on their contact form and they still NEVER RESPONDED.
I ordered the product, but I only received one jar, false advertising, just started using, not sure how it works, but I am very disapointed in the company, this is why I don't like ordering things from these pop up ads, cant trust them, and its difficult to find a number to reach them,
Order not received. USPS tracking number says "USPS Currently Awaiting package", but no responses from support.
This product is the truth
If I could give no stars I would. On 4/10 I ordered a Gleamin bundle with face cloths. I was charged $108. I got email confirmation that I made an order with them but no tracking/order number. Reached out to their customer service several times (oh yeah website says they get back to you within 24hrs LIES). Never received an answer or any product. I went through my bank and had that transaction reversed and canceled the card number I used for the order.
Product, ordered in February 2023 has never arrived. Multiple attempts to chase garner zero response. Does not appear to be a reputable company to buy from.
What I disliked about gleamin— either you don’t receive the product you purchase at all or you receive part of the product. Moreover, when you email support—they never get back to you. Please send the rest of the items I purchased, or refund my $66.99 + tax for the Ultimate Masking Bundle — Gentle Jelly Face Cleanser & Muslin Cotton Washcloth 3-Pack not received ORDER #GL567254.
The jar received is HALF EMPTY! Few other reviews confirmed the same issue. Entirely unacceptable considering the price and the claim that each package contains 21oz of product. Disappointed and utterly unethical.
I LOVE the Gleamin Vitamin C Clay Mask. It makes my face feel cleaner and evens my skin tone.
The Experience I had with gleamin products is a GREAT one. First, I want to start with the product and how well it works on my skin. I have facial acne and when my acne would come up on my face it would leave ever lasting spots on my face that seems to never go away. When I found gleamin I have been nothing but happier with clear skin and acne that rarely comes up. Maybe my chin but when I use the product it clears up. Another GREAT experience I had was when my 6 mask was lost somewhere in the mail during Christmas time and never reached my home; I reached out to customer service with my order number and they looked it up and got back with me.The shipment was saying delivered but was never delivered to my home the company was very considerate and replaced those mask and I am here to tell the world that they keeps their word and how generously they are to customers. Now that was excellent customer service and I will recommend the product to anyone. For sure I thought the worst and that I had just lost money but they are the BEST company I can count on. This is the best product I have found. I am happy to say. Thank You for the replacement.
The product seems as if it’s working I guess it takes time it definitely make my face feel refreshed but the package is short as I’m using it the middle is empty in the container so I don’t believe I’m getting a whole 21oz container so if and when I get results i have to reorder it how many applications do one 21oz contain if used 2-3 times a week

I have been using this product over a year and it is worth the money. My skin is glowing and softer than it’s ever been in years. It’s the best skincare product I’ve used in my life and I’m 58 years old!
Overall experience is pretty good except it does not control my acne, especially my hormonal acne. I have sensitive skin and oily skin as well. I was hoping it would have helped me in that department. I have been using this for about four months or so I have use the clay, the moisturizer, as well as the serum and steal my acne is not under control but overall I like it.
The clay mask is great (it's expensive but lasts me a long time), and one time when it shipped late (it wasn't even that late) they gave me a $10 coupon for my next order. Very nice.
I had acne and dark spots the mask helped clear my face a lot.
Gleamin is an amazing product. It does everything it says. It makes your skin soft and gives it a glow. I love this mask!
