I ordered a 9.5 American side shoes and i recieved an 8.5 ones. I tried to contact with the customer’s service and i haven’t been answered yet. If I try to return the shows by my self o would only get refunded by the shoes but not for the shipping costs even not been my fault. This is a completletly mess and if the situation remains like this i will never buy again in the globe website. Im really upset on how all of this has been going.

The web is not too good. Filter doesnt work. You set a size an it shows models that doesnt have that size available. Also the basket doesnt scroll in my phone. Shoes are amazing but y still waiting you to make again purple encore 2 again. Globe encore 2 is mi onlyshoe model for the last 10 years
