Really good service. A friend was scam by another shop with a really close name but goat..(2mores letters) with a same color name( white on black) but this « fraud » shop sold to my friend a fake sneaker. GOAT take all the information i gave them to intervene and stop the potential scam
They are fake, they pretend to be selling Christians stuff yet they are conning people, the youngsters. they lie to you to submit a refund request, if you’re lucky to get to the page and you submit one, you never hear from them. meanwhile they block your profile you can’t access your account. I have lost my hard earned $100 because of a fake hoodie for my son. May thunder fire y’all!!!!!!

I will never buy from the GOAT again. I ordered a pair of Yeezy slides for my son, they arrived while I was on vacation. We get home and he tried them on and they were to small. We did a little research and found out that they're FAKE! I reached out to GOAT and they said we were past their 3 day return period. I pointed out that they were FAKE and that they were supposed to authentic them prior to shipping. They're response was "sorry its past the 3 day return window, but suggested that I become a seller and list them on the GOAT for sale". Are you kidding me!! Your suggesting I sell fake shoes on your website??? NEVER, EVER WILL I BUY FROM THE GOAT AGAIN!
I will never order from them again it took almost two weeks to get my shoes and that’s ridiculous plus they are still or should I say delayed. If I knew it would take this long I would have never ordered from this site but it will be my last time for sure.
I bought a pair of shoes for $365 . The shoes came creased and dirty . I contacted support and they asked for photos . I showed them . They agreed they look used and gave me a $10 credit .
I ordered some shoes off the app they was left outside my front door in the open, when I checked the shoes was gone. DHL said they aren’t responsible and told me contact seller, I emailed goat and they said their was nothing they can do about it, the app offered store credit however it was a deuces price and the occasion I need the shoes by is gone. Please help

My order number is 594659162, nobody at goat or the shipping company can tell me where my pkg is. When I searched their carrier a lot of people state the drivers steal the pkg as well.
This goat website has been the most disappointing experience I've encountered. Despite returning the shoes in their original condition, they claimed the box was damaged and refused to issue a refund of $350. Even when I offered to return n a new shipping box, they rejected every solution I proposed, including deducting an amount for the carton box. They even told me that they will publish shoes on my account as a seller, yet they have taken no action and still haven't refunded the $350.

Trainers delivered and left outside my property by Fed-ex .... email confirmation to tell me package had been delivered sent 7 hours later. Nothing outside they had been taken, asked Fed-ex for help ... they wouldn't told me to speak to seller ..... Goat told me nothing they could do.
When it was 7 days that I ordered my order, they said that my address was unknown, so my order returned to the sender.
Do not buy from these. Purchased a pair of Jordans but in the wrong size..... unable to exchange as stupid 3 day policy, so sold the exact trainers through GOAT to be told they have failed verification on a shoe that they have apparently verified and already sold to me. No interest in them to resolve the issue from GOAT. Have purchased other items and now will be getting everything checked again.
