4 months to get a refund

I returned an order in January. Tracking information shows that the item was received on 11th Jan. I assumed the refund would be automatically processed as with all other companies and didn't keep an eye on my accounts to check. I happened to check my account in May and noticed that the refund hadn't been paid in. When I contacted them they processed the refund with no explanation as to why it had taken 4 months and for me to contact them before they refunded. If I didn't check then they wouldn't have paid it at all. Absolutely appalling service.

Ordered a dress, emailed to ask can I swap the dress for another colour and 4 days later I get a response saying I need to send the original dress back get a full refund on it, and re order the same dress In other colour. What a ball ache! What a long time to respond back to customers!!! Definitely won’t be using Goddiva again..

Unfortunately none of the dresses that I ordered fitted my wife but I returned them without any hassle. When one of the items refund hadn't been processed, customer services dealt with it promptly and efficiently.

Lovely dresses and lovely customer services

I have bought from them twice and both times when I have returned items which didn't fit the refunds were promt and hassle free. When I have reached out to the customer services for an inquiry about the refunds or anything they have been efficient and have helped me to sort it out. The dresses are beautiful and well made.

I have ordered 3 beautiful dresses from Goddive but I had to return 2 back since I was in love with only one. After returning 3 lovely dresses that didn't suit me and was too big ,I wasn't 100% sure on the return procedure for 3 items in the one bag ,(purchased on Debenhams website but sent back to Goddiva) I contacted Goddiva customer service after 10 days to see if they had received them , there customer service replied quickly saying they had received my dresses and was processing my refund ...so Thankyou Goddiva

I ordered two dresses, which fit extremely well. I almost keep them for that reason alone. However, the style wasn't what I quite needed. Additionally, I returned the dresses and forgot all about it. When I realized I had forgotten I called Goddiva about the my refund and they immediately started the refund process. Thank you for being trustworthy.

Just to be clear this is the wife - the husband doesn't wear dresses (not these ones anyway!!!) A huge THANK YOU to all of the Goddiva Team. I ordered a Beautiful dress (Emerald Green Sequin Velvet Bardot Maxi) 3 inches too long so I returned it by recorded delivery through Royal Mail. They received it the day after, it was altered and back in the post with DHL (also faultless and great service)within a week. I cannot wait to wear this gorgeous dress to a black tie event in May. Hello! I had make a order on application of Goddiva . The number is 275300 on 16 april 2024. I had received today,24 april 2024, few minutes ago. I had the surprise that the dress with the code DR3550 to have a default-are missing some sequins -I will attach a photo to can see it. I’m dissapointed that nobody didn’t check before they had make the delivery to my adress. For the second dress -code DR3637 the colour is not the same like in the photos on site, is too small, the quality of the material is dissapointed because doesn’t have neather another material under the dress, is too elastic and too poor quality. I’m sorry but this are the reasons why I ‘m asking to make the return of the package and to be refund. I ‘m trying to do my label return but goddiva site is sending me on Royal mail site and there I can’t complete my adress because is an international adress -I must to deliver from Belgium. Please you can help me with the free label return? I will attach also a photo with the default of the first dress. Thanks and I m wainting an answer from your part.

2 separate orders returned

2 separate orders returned, no acknowledgment of them receiving them and when chasing up ( purchased via Debenhams ). I was advised I have to wait 21 days for them to process advised this would be on 22nd today still no acknowledgment of receipt never mind the 2 refunds. Debenhams customers service have been great but have now had to send a chase to the seller. At this point 3 weeks after returning no refunds in sight
