Its very sad that i am having to write this as the initial customer service, delivery and presentation was brilliant. My partner had been measured for a ring in a H Samuel store. We then placed an order here for the size we were advised. It came and it was too big (Understand they may differ retailer to retailer). We then went a size lower, unfortunately we have had to repeat this process on a number of occasions- No fault of the companies, nor ours given we do not understand how ring sizes differ. My partner has now decided that he does not like the design. We have been told that we cannot have a refund as we are out of time from the initial order..... What about from the time of exchange? When I exchange any other items i usually get a new receipt consequently new terms and new returns policy. For want of getting this sorted so that we can go on and arrange other things for our special day we have asked to exchange the product thinking we will cut our loss on a refund to be told I now cannot change the product. This is at no detriment to the company nor would them be losing any money in the process. I cannot be left with a ring that does not fit and that he does not like. What would realistically be the issue with the company allowing us to swap this item? I am now £150 out of pocket at a time when I need all the money we can. This is really ruining what should be a very enjoyable experience. I have no choice but to seek advise. I am adding to this review as since initially posting David Whitfield has dealt with this issue and we have reached a resolution. I would like to thank him for this. As stated at the beginning of this review there are no issues with the quality of the products, they are very well presented and staff that i have dealt with have been helpful.
Great service, quick delivery, much faster than it says on the website. Ordered a necklace for my daughter and it was ready within 2 days. Beautiful jewellery, very happy and will be ordering again.

Overall, I like the ring I ordered. Although they don't seem to put much effort into customizing the products to suit your needs(sizing).The inside of the ring is full of scratches. Also, the outside wasn't cleaned/polished enough. But it was a bargain (half price), hence the quality of services!?
