Extremely overpriced which i was initially ok with. I received an item that completely deformed after a year and was left hanging since they only offer 1 year of warranty.
I sent Golf Poser a question on a Sunday, not expecting a reply before some time on Monday. I heard back 30mins later. I then asked questions that must have had them groaning! They even opened a package for me and did various measurements before offering to send me two sizes and free return delivery for the one I didn't want. They could not have been more patient and helpful throughout. As an extra bonus, they use DPD, who are great couriers. The unneeded item was back with Golf Poser 24hrs after I received it, and the refund was back in my account the next day. The correct size item is exactly as described and I'm really pleased with it. If every company did service like Golf Poser there would be no need for TrustPilot!

This is hands down one of the best golf retailers I’ve purchased from this is where I purchase all my limited edition puma gear from, I dread to think how much money I’ve actually spent with them , but the service is always been spot-on ! The deliveries are always spot-on. I find the quality is absolutely perfect although if it wasn’t, I wouldn’t blame the golf retailer for that!

Brilliant company. I find they go above and beyond with their customer service. Ordered a pair of golf shoes and they sourced and dispatched them really quickly. Item arrived in perfect condition and liaison with company was straight forward. I will definitely use them again in the near future.
I received a defective garment. Their customer service told me to wash it. Quote: "If you think the marks will wash out we are happy to offer some discount for you to keep this one." I actually washed it and it was still ruined. They would not send a return label along with a new garment. I recommend to not do business with this organization as they do not adhere to their policies. Per Golf Poser return policy: Unfortunately delivery and return costs will not be refunded unless the item you have received at time of purchase is defective.
1) When you can provide photographic evidence of a clear design flaw in a shoe, less than 4 weeks after purchase that should be sufficient 2) Sending consumers return labels which they need to print. It isn’t the 1990s. Provide return labels in items. 3) Said would cover cost of me sending - no such payment received to cover 4) Claim these need returned (additional carbon footprint), to then return to Puma (even more carbon foot print) to see what the fault is. Ironically the photographic evidence shows exactly what the issue is. Tongue rub. Not show what all the additional cost, expense and carbon footprint does 🤷♂️ Reality, poor customer service. Provided a replacement over a year ago without the extra cost to consumer and the cost to environment and no sound rationale for needing the shoe.
Encountered a small issue with my account today and cannot fault the customer support and speed at which it was sorted thanks to Graham. Will continue to use the site and enjoy updating the golf wardrobe! Fantastic site
Unreal service all round. Ordered & arrived within 2 days, sent back my exchange on Wednesday, Arrived on Thursday and received my exchange on Friday. Super fast and efficient, never experienced anything close to that from any other retailer!
I purchased a golf hat from Golfposer (ordered at around 4pm) and was amazed when I received delivery at 10am next day! I mistakenly chose the wrong colour, but it wasn't a problem, I reordered and again got fast deliver along with a full credit when golfposer received the returned incorrect item. Superb customer service and would highly recommend.
