Ordered a Mizuno driver which turned out to be out of stock. A phone call was received to inform of this and an offer to order from Mizuno. They had already contacted Mizuno and had an estimated delivery date to hand. Great service and I would definitely use them again. It made a pleasant change to be informed of what's happening proactively rather than having to chase as I have found with other companies.

Bought some Stuburt golf shoes from this company. The soles are cracked and I’ve only had them six months. I’ve sent e mails, made numerous phone calls and finally got a reply when I put a bad review on trustpilot. Problem now resolved. Have sent replacement shoes
