I placed an order for a shirt and immediately saw that the size was wrong on the order. I immediately sent an email, within minutes of the order being placed and I even called the customer service number multiple times with no answer. Finally later that night I got an email asking.me.for.me order number even though it was in the original email. The next day I called again multiple times with no answer and emailed again. The next day after that I got another email asking for my order number. Long story short...when I finally got a response, it was via email and I was told that because I had sent multiple emails my request had been reset multiple times and since my package had already been shipped I would ha e to return it, at my own expense, and if the size was available at that time they would ship the new one. I called customer service in North Carolina multiple times and Noone ever answered. The request fir a correction in the size went out less than two minutes after I sent the order. They only responded after the item had been shipped and it was too late to correct it.
Just received the mystery box ordered yesterday.Nice products that I not have yet happily. 2x t-shorts, long sweat pants, short sweat pants, capusion blouse and a Soft shell jacket and wrist band for the training. My size is 2XL most of the products are perfect fit on the body, shorts are a bit lose. The blouse myself I find to small for me but my daughter use oversized clothes so she finds it perfect for haar. So all products find a use. Thill next time. Greetings Bowi
La calidad de Gorilla es excepcional, tan solo que cambiarán el servicio de entrega , ya que UPS es la peor , no entregan a tiempo y siempre dan largas a la hora de entregar un pedido .

Bij een merk die grote mensen promoot mogen er wel meer grotere maten voorhanden zijn. Je sport immers niet voor niks 4x per week. Voor de rest geen klachten.

J'ai acheté un short un debardeur et une paire de chaussure avec un coupon cadeau. Les tailles étaient trop petites sur un debardeur et une paire de chaussure. J'ai fait un retour pour un échange. Ils ont décidé de me rembourser et ils ont déduit le coupon cadeau dans son integralité. Je me retrouve a avoir payé un short tout simple quasi 50€ .....

Niet alleen in de sportschool zit de kleding als een warme deken maar ik gebruik het ook om naar fietsevenementen voor goede doelen te gaan. Zit prima en warm over de dunne fietskleding maar zit nog beter na het fietsen (cooling down periode), zeer belangrijk! Top producten!
