What a simple night of fun!

What a simple night of fun!! We had been making pizzas previously on our grills, which was OK, but had no idea what we had in store when we got an actual real pizza oven from Gozney!! What a difference and so much fun.

Excellent cooking appliance for the home chef

I love the dome. Its plug and play functionality is great, and easy to use. I have been firing up pizzas from day 1, and the oven simply works, pizza is great, and results are fun. Really nothing from the downside of the oven. If anything, some of the accessories could be a bit more accessible and available. This is a home chef's dream oven. I would get the door and steamer function as well as it rounds our the unit.

Poor customer service

The pizza ovens are fantastic when they work but the customer service is shocking! We have a 2 year old Dome and tried to ignite it two weeks ago and nothing would happen! After two weeks of emails and phone calls (it appears that Gozney only respond to emails if you call to chase them) and after attempts to fob us off offering tips that we had already tried using our own common sense it now transpires that we are out of warranty as you only get 12 months as standard. The representative on the phone today was very abrupt and put the phone down on me because apparently “ I raised my voice “ I really don’t think when you pay for a premium product that you should expect such a slow and painful customer service experience. Why could we not have resolved a simple issue in one telephone call? The representative advised that they receive lots of emails every day, it is clear that both our time and theirs could be saved if the first point of call took ownership of the problem and investigated issues with the customer fully. I am not annoyed that my product is out of warranty but annoyed that after two weeks of time consuming back and forth emails and calls I still have a relatively new pizza oven that doesn’t work.

Quick, efficient replacement.

I had a problem with the gas valve for my new Gozney pizza oven so phoned Gozney's Customer Services. They replied quickly and, after supplying them with the necessary product details, they arranged a replacement. This arrived within 48 hours and worked perfectly solving my problem.

Great products but response time from…

Great products but response time from customer service is a little slow. Was sent a placement peel but no tracking or shipping info was sent. Orderd the ARCXL in March when it was released was only able to order the stand this week while they have been available in the USA. Have not really been able to use the oven as I do t want to move it around. Still Waiting for the covers to become available and see there is an ARC Mantel but can’t see where to order it.

Unresponsive, Unhelpful

I pre-ordered the Gozney Arc XL, which arrived 3 weeks ago with a massive dent in the top of the dome. Completely unusable.. box was in perfect shape with no damage, meaning it must've left the factory like that. First, it took a couple weeks of following up multiple times to even get a response back from Gozney. Now I've been trying to get the broken oven returned and it's been several days of them telling me someone will pick it up and I need to be home, and then no one shows up. I rearrange my entire schedule to accommodate and they don't show up. Completely disorganized and terrible communication. And that's just to get the broken one returned... they still have no idea when I'll actually get a replacement oven! Absolute nightmare. Not responsive, not helpful, and no answers. Starting to doubt I'll ever get the oven that I paid for 5 weeks ago.

The orders went well except getting an oven with a chipped stone. The process went quickly once I notified them. However, it can be difficult to get somebody on the phone. Many emails will go back and forth before you can finally speak to a real person.

ARC-XL Stand and Cover not available for months

I purchased the ARC-XL back in March. However on the CDN Website, there was no ability to purchase the ARC Stand and Cover. That said, the ARC has been sitting in a box. If you offer a primary product, always a good plan to have the supporting products ie the Stand and Covers to coincide with the release.
