Excellent food, responsibly and carefully packed

The delivery was delayed to the next day after the promised delivery day. The package was left visible in front of the unlocked porch rather than a safe space with no notification that it was delivered - not even a press of the doorbell. There was insufficient ice packs in the package so some of the meat was warm when delivered. Not too surprising when it had been over 48 hours in transit. When I queried if the meat was safe since it was warm I was told it's fine because its beef - when the sausages were wild boar. The meat we have eaten has been very nice.
Excellent company to deal with. First class meat and poultry prepared to a high quality standard. Office staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Well worth five stars!!!
