Have shopped with Grattan for well over 20 years. Easy to order, quick delivery and easy no fuss returns. You do pay a bit more for the goods but flexible ways to pay. So much choice.

Been that the climbing rose I've just bought was in mid May I expected it to look like the picture on Grattan's website of a potted plant with leaves. So I was disappointed to receive a dormant plant. Hopefully it should be OK but it was bought as a present. I won't order plants with Grattan again.

Absolutely disgusting, was given a £750 credit account, no bad credit history, convenient way of spreading the costs, ordered a new Laptop, was told 5 to 7 working days, 1 week passed and nothing, no Email, no letters no nothing, tried logging into my account to find it had been closed, so decided to go to Curries for a new laptop, found exactly the same one as in Grattan, but £75.00 cheaper, and with a buy now discount of £45. A clear £120 cheaper than Grattan in total. Money greedy grabbing so n so’s. SWERVED , dont waste your time with these clowns. Shop at your local retailers, better, friendlier, cheaper, well worth it. As for Grattan…. You can stick your account where the sun dont shine,
Loads issues with orders and delays and no updates to keep customers informed had made 4 complaints this year none have been concluded even though the Grattan customer agents say they will get back to you shows ignorance now I get spammed with email asking to give them reviews LOL. I have been finding very good items on Very.co.uk and I have had no issues with delivery or tracking and they are not selling thing on show that they don’t have in stock I’m happy with my agents on Very.co.uk they inform you if not in stock and my account is in good shape. Grattan has a Mens Adidas colour block hoody in Red and blue it’s £48.00 but when you add to basket it’s says ( Email me when back in stock). What a joke breaking trending standard laws I’ve reported this . I would Recommend Very.co.uk to others. they are Reliable and value their Customers unlike Grattan over the last few years I only gave 1 star as do I could write this otherwise I wouldn’t give them a 1

The jacket is of good quality but on the small side and I measure a standard fit for my size and rarely have problems. I wish to return it- I had a collection date of yesterday but Evri did not appear then, nor today. On the whole not great.
I was a customer with Grattan for 25 years , I left several years ago and recently ordered an item for my holidays and paid for fast delivery. The item arrived completely wrong and promised a delivery next delivery I called and was fobbed off so I was let down again . Sadly I will not shop with grattan again .
I cannot access my account on line. I spoke to Grattan technical department yesterday. I was taken through a procedure to unsubscribe my account and then reinstate it. I went to log into my account a few hours later and am having the same problem. Will need to contact Grattan again. Very disappointed as the system has worked well for years.

I have been with grattan 40 years now , since I was 18. My delivery's were ordered one day , delivered the next. I'm happy with grattan.
I find Gratton refreshing because they have everything I want or need, and even things I didn’t know I wanted. Ordering is simple and straightforward, and spreading the cost is a great incentive because you can get something costly and still afford the monthly payment. In short it’s the company you need.
Loved the fashions back in the 60's, didn't realise they were still trading. Still has the style! I might be in my late 70's but I still enjoy style!
