AWFUL The driver said it was delivered I was in all day and no one came if they don’t ring the the bell what do they expect. The second delivery was at 8 am and I don’t expect to get deliveries at that time especially with no notice the day before. I will not be buying wine from this company again. I hope great wines in BATH are shown this.

Everything went exactly as expected in my first transaction with this company. Although I had a slight problem with paying by credit card through their website, their extremely helpful customer service lady helped sort it out on the phone. Wine arrived earlier than planned and packed better than many other suppliers.
