Wish I read the reviews here before ordering! I’ve never heard of the delivery company they use and the tracking is useless, I now fear I’ll never receive the Mat, and even if I do, the reviews from people that have received them is not encouraging. Praying on vulnerable people looking for anything that will help them.

Love their products and the customer service is exceptional. My mother ordered me a gift from them (which got me hooked on their products) and the delivery got lost in the Spanish postal system and Aidan from Customer Service went out of his way to help her. I ordered replacements recently and even though it was a bank holiday, I received it within a couple of days. lovely products, lovely people!
