I’ve had several orders from Gruum and they have all been lovely. I’ve used some and given others as gifts as they are beautifully packaged. My most recent order was ‘lost’ by Royal Mail 🙄 and the customer service I received to replace it was perfect. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
Zoe from customer service has been very helpful, ensuring that I receive my moisturiser by next day delivery because I ordered the wrong item by accident. Great brand to shop from and super friendly customer care!
I got my address wrong on the order and couldn’t pick it from the incorrect address. Even though the order was dispatched and already out for delivery. The customer service marked it lost for me and made sure a new package was sent to my correct address. Amazing work very rare to see such customer service and customer first approach.
I love Gruum products & their ethical approach. We use the shampoo bars, body & hand wash bars & Daily Defence facial suncream. The soaps & shampoos smell lovely & lather really well, so much better than other similar products I've tried. Over years of using Gruum, I've only ever had one issue, where the wrong item was delivered. The item was replaced & I was told to keep the wrongly delivered one. I'd highly recommend this company.

The products are great and so is the customer service. I’ve ordered quite a few things and not been disappointed with anything. This week though I had a diffuser delivered broken but it was replaced very quickly no problem all. So still 100% one of my fav companies!

I purchased a 4 set of shower gel bars. The scents were ok but the soap was hopeless. They didn't lather so simply didn't produce a soap I could shower with. I thought it was just the first bar but when I got to bar 3 I realised I had either a rubbish product or a duff batch. It's a shame, I want to support an independent but they simply don't do the job. Update: I did contact Gruum & they explained that the product isn't designed to lather. I hadn't understood this but accept I may have read it wrong. I do commend the customer support though, they were prompt and helpful.

It appears that lots if orders have gone missing,perhaps their delivery company is questionable. I never received my first order and have been bombarded with sales emails ever since. I will probably need to unsubscribe but this company really needs to attend to the matter of poor or non-delivery.

Customer service have been superb. I wanted to change my subscription, had a few issues (my lack of IT skills) and the staff were on it and helped immediately. Love the shampoo too. So glad I discovered gruum.

The Charcoal face wash they sent me was great. My skin feels like it's getting a really good cleanse and my face also feels smooth after use. I would definitely recommend.
