love gunnars
I purchase a pair for my son to protect his eyes during activities involving a screen at home and at school. He likes the way they look on him and he has noticed less strain on his eyes.
I bougth the SteelSeries Scope gunnar lens in december 2011, i used them for almost 13 years everyday, they aint ve a single scratch (sadly a week ago a friend of mine sat over them and messed one of the legs) Gunnar are a high quality product, i can feel the difference when im not using them and im workin or playing on the pc. I wont try any other brand ever, you are the best for me.
I was contacted by FedEx Israel regarding payment to release my order from customs. FedEx stated that I need to pay 140 NIS (37.23 USD), for handling costs. This payment is on top of customs and VAT which I'm willing to pay. I agreed to the standard Gunnar international shipping method and paid 29 USD for shipping. I DID NOT GIVE ANY CONSENT TO SHIPPING VIA FEDEX. I expected Gunnar to ship the items via standard mail. I should not have to pay for any handling fees which I did not expect and have not given my consent to. Gunnar should be the sole bearer of any such fees. As your international shipping policy ("the Policy") clearly states, the customer is responsible to pay only customs duties and taxes (a very common practice in international shipping), but is not responsible to pay any other fees, including handling fees: "International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged by your destination country in addition to the item price and shipping charges." The handling fee I was required to pay by FedEx does not constitute either customs duties nor taxes. Therefore it is not part of your Policy and should be reimbursed to me. Moreover, the Policy does not state anywhere, nor was it stated in the shipping section when I made my purchase, that FedEx would be used. For that reason, once again, I should be reimbursed with the double shipping fee I incurred - once by Gunnar and a second time by FedEx. Please explain why I paid Gunnar 29 USD for shipping fees, if FedEx charged me once more for shipping fees. The 29 USD I paid Gunnar should have covered any shipping and handling fees - that is why customers pay shipping fees. I have purchased many items from abroad to Israel over the years and never was I required to pay such double handling fees. Before I take actions against Gunnar, be it legal and/or by media and/or otherwise, I suggest Gunnar reimburse me the said double paid shipping fee I was not supposed and expecting to pay.

EVERYTHING! This is my 2nd time to purchase a computer glass. And Gunnar and FedEx, never failed me! I'm seriously impressed and over the moon at how fast the delivery and how great the GUNNAR computer glasses are. Unfortunately, I lost my Intercept computer glass last storm here in UAE. Purchased a new one. I wanted to try the Cupertino since it's interchangeable. I'M IN LOVE!!! I never thought that this size is so perfect for me and way more fit than my Intercept. And the Amber Max lens? What can i say, it's more comfortable to use for me on my long period of work with the normal setting of my desktop. I use the Amber 65, when I'm using my phone and the light of the room is off. SO HAPPY!!!

I did autofilled wrong my adress and sent multiple letters to gunnar support and yet noone answered me to fix this mistake. It's seems my hlasses fly to my former adress in country where I can't pick it up...

Overall I do enjoy the glasses but I didn’t receive any cleaning spray as I did the first time ordering.
