The staff were helpful and friendly, however I was disappointed to find out that the store didn't stock new line items (specifically the Game Changer Pants) which are available online. It could be a good idea to have samples in store (maybe an Online Items area) which allows customers to try on items and then order in-store and get the product delivered directly to their home.

The jumper has worn out so quickly. I mean, Ive it a few weeks, and there is close to a hole. And Im not hard on it at alllll!! I use it as a social meeting top. Very disappointing

I stopped into the gym coffee in the cresent shopping centre. the girl working was very friendly and super helpful! I found exactly what i as looking for. a good pair of running short with a zip pocket. there was 20% off if you bought 2 items so i picked up the matching tshirt. the feel of the material was great.

I recently ordered a fleece, which is really lovely. However, I was originally not sure about the size, so I ordered it again in a different size and send the other one back. Now six weeks later I still haven’t received my refund even though Gym+Plus Coffee has the fleece back for weeks. I don’t think that’s acceptable. I really like their clothes but the customer service in this regard really needs improvement.
Mainly bought online due to being in Manchester. There was a store at the Trafford Centre, but I think it’s closed now. Can’t fault anything. Items delivered quickly, only had to return 1 piece of clothing to exchange it for another size. Excellent quality, love the capital shorts… just need more colours! Love shopping the sales!

Good quality clothing - leggings and sweatshirt - purchased online. I had to return the sweatshirt for a different size. Return was painless and re-order came promptly. I've worn and washed these and am happy with the outcome. I did have to prompt payment. However customer services was helpful and responded quickly. I bought 2 water bottles. These look very nice but are very tall, rather unstable and not practical. My husband's fell out of the side pocket of his backpack when he swung the backpack off his shoulder. The base is now dented and even more insecure.
