Great leggings and fast delivery
Really the worst customer service possible. All you get is bot answers and no real answer on anything. Made an order on May 29 after 10 days I contact to ask where it was because the tracking link was in transit and never changed . They said to wait one more weak . I did. I contact again and got the same answer . Wait another week . Is that suppose to be helpful? Is this customer service?
Très bien, la qualité à l'air au rendez-vous, le prix est ok pendant des promos. Délais de 7 jours mais avec tous les jours fériés en mai + les nombreuses commandes dues aux promos je trouve cela tout à fait correct! Cependant, j'ai bien vérifié mes mensurations, le guide des tailles sur le site, et malheureusement, sur 8 articles je dois en renvoyer 7.. Mais cela m'a appris une chose, les brassières avec des dos croisés ou autres fanfreluche ce n'est pas pour moi, c'est beaucoup trop galère à mettre et selon notre morphologie, ça ne va pas, c'est joli sur un mannequin mais franchement on fait son sport avant d'avoir fini de s'habiller tellement c'est compliqué 😀 . J'ai un dos large, mais pas une très grosse poitrine, le L est trop juste en largeur mais sur certains modèles c'était ok mais trop de place pour la poitrine donc pas pour moi, j'imagine que si je prends XL le soucis ne sera pas réglé Le seul gros bémol, sur les 8 articles tous commandés en L, j'ai eu la drôle de surprise d'avoir un modèle avec une étiquette L, et sur la brassière (directement brodé à l'intérieur) c'était du S !!, donc attention à ça, j'espère que cela ne me posera pas de soucis sur le retour et remboursement! Voilà pourquoi je mets 4 étoiles et pas 5. Bref mon avis est tout de même positif, franchement ça avait l'air sympa, mais pour ma morphologie ça ne va pas (par contre pour des brassières de sport soi-disant "maintien léger voir moyen" le maintien était top! J'ai été surprise). Je vais voir comment se passe l'expérience du retour/remboursement, si tout se passe bien je n'hésiterait pas à racheter des basiques 😉

First (and last) time buyer of Gymshark. Order 3 things - all got cancelled because they thought my account was “fraudulent”. Really unhelpful and impersonal customer service. It’s not worth jumping through hoops for which is s shame for them as if i liked these 3 products I probably would’ve given them a lot of money 😂

Excellent product and very quick delivery
I received a faulty item, and I didn't realize until I was already wearing it (my mistake). Subsequently, I received an email inviting me to review the purchase, so I did. To my surprise, I found that the website only displays reviews with high ratings! This lack of transparency leaves doubting about future purchases.
Great fit I love it so much
I ordered a T-Shirt for my daughter as a birthday present. When she unpacked the bag on her birthday, we found Gymshark sent a wrong item, a sports trouser instead of T-Shirt. After contacting Gymshark customer service, they said they can not help me because their 2 weeks time frame was gone. Never experienced such a bad customer service. Moreover, this company does not feel responsible for their mistakes.
