I had seen the ring in a store but the store didn't have my size. The member of staff was very helpful and assured me I could order on line. I elected to do just that,it was easy, simple and clear instructions to make my purchase.

Two visits to Rhyl store today for my daughter to get new earrings after having them pierced not long ago. Donna went above and beyond with her customer service, she made my daughter’s day by helping her put in the new earrings as she was having trouble, also explained how to do them in future as the hole was not straight. Cannot thank Donna enough for today. If your boss reads this Donna you deserve an extra bonus for today. Thank you 😊

I spotted this watch yesterday and decided to purchase it today. My experience with online shopping was it was so easy to use and buy perhaps a little too easy for some people, on the positive side my bank has safety measures in place. So the whole process was very good and I know I’m going to enjoy the watch as I have been looking for while now.
I had my ears pierced by Paula at H Samuel in Bolton and it was a really good experience. I chose a beautiful pair of earrings at a really reasonable price which included the piercing. Paula was very friendly but at the same time professional and informative and I would definitely recommend. My kit included after care guidelines and a bottle of saline solution and my ears healed well within the usual 6 week period
I'm disappointed with the service at H Samuel. I purchased a wedding double stack ring back in September and bought out insurance; at the time, I was informed it covers the complete set; now that I want to use my ring resize voucher, I'm being told that it will only cover one ring, how does that even make sense, it's a double stack ring how can I resize one and not the other, absolutely ridiculous ring policy. If a ring is bought as a set, surely it should cover the complete set. H Samuel, you should train your staff, particularly at the Huddersfield and Bradford store. I told them that when I purchased the rings, I was told they covered both, and the staff said they couldn't do anything now. Is that how you deal with customers? I contacted customer service and they were of no help either. Appalling! They have no idea what service they are offering and are scamming people. A jewellery shop I would not recommend

Partner and I chose my white gold engagement ring in January. We were never offered insurance on the ring either. I noticed last week one of the small diamonds was missing, took it back into the store who said wear and tear was not covered but they would send it off to be looked at, received a phone call to say that they would replace the diamond but with a fee of over £200. Surely an engagement ring is designed to be worn, and withstand minimal wear and tear especially when I've only had it 4 months! The customer service we received wasn't brilliant and we for sure will not be returning to H.Samuels for future jewelry purchases.
We went into the York store and the two staff who served us could not have been more helpful. George and Krissie were friendly and knowledgeable and helped us to purchase a ring that was exactly right for my wife.
Really happy with the rings available and discount offered, however, I needed to redo the order 4 times as the website kept crashing.
