I purchase 3 of the Original watches and I am amazed at the quality and the way they were packaged. Being following Tim's Journey for awhile. This watches are as good, if not better than some of the high end watches. This has now become one of my favorite brands to go too. Fast delivery and the Customer Service is the best I have come across. Love you Journey.
I wish that by end of 2025 Hagley West reaches all the 195 countries. They have reached 107 countries by selling 50000 watches in 7 years and I really wish that by end of 2025 they wrap their wrist watches around the planet. I dont think there is a better way to express the happiness of owning a Hagley West watch. Their limited edition watches are the reason that my 10th Marriage Anniversary celebrations were colourful in India, and this is again a big testament coming from someone who celebrates festival of colours (Holi).
I first bought the Aviator mens watch. Delivered in 9 days. I then went on and bought 2 more. 1 each for niece and nephew. Delivery was quick considering I am located in Canada. The Aviator was a welcome addition to my collection of watches. My niece and nephew love the brand. I wear my HW watch more than my other brand name watch. I love the feel of it, the design and look. My long term goal is to own the whole catalogue. Definitely looking forward to my next HW purchase. LOVE YOUR JOURNEY
I received my watch really quickly but decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted. I went onto my sales confirmation page, clicked on the returns policy which detailed the address to send it back too, the condition and time frame that it needed to be completed in and that I was responsible for the shipping. I followed this notice exactly, however I didn’t receive my refund, so contacted the company. They advised that I had sent it back to the wrong address, even though you can clearly see the address they provided and the address it was sent to match. They are refusing to provide a refund, saying I need to get the money from the carrier as it is the incorrect address. The company is not prepared to accept that the returns policy link provided the wrong information and that they are responsible for this error not me or the carrier. As a result I am currently out of pocket by nearly £100 and have to keep chasing the company, credit card company and the address it was delivered to try and get a resolution…terrible customer service and not accepting that the link on their website is the reason for the error!!!
Lack of quality. Cheap band came apart from watch face on the 5th time I've worn watch causing watch to fall off my arm and break on the ground. Beyond disappointed with lack of response.
Hi all and thanks for fast delivery and such a great product. I purchased the entrepreneur watch and upon opening the box was very pleased with presentation quality, and the watch looks good , the strap is thick leather which adds to the quality and left me surprised and I can see the care and attention to detail. Unfortunately I recently missed my watch delivery and it was returned to sender. I contacted Hagley West and they responded immediately. They confirmed that it had been returned to sender and offered me either a refund or re-shipment. As I am going to work away for a while, I asked to change my shipping address to my company’s offices. They changed the address without any issues and confirmed it with me over email. A really friendly and helpful team. I’m really looking forward to wearing my new watch!
A friend told me of this story. I looked it up and liked the watches. Ordered one. So far so good. The box arrived but no watch!! My heart sank. I don't need this hassle, who does. Contacted Hagley West...'no problem, we'll sort it...' Within days my watch arrived. You never know, untill you have to get customer service on a Sunday, just how committed this company is to its customers. Just ordered a hoodie and will probably get another watch. Thank you Hagley West. Great customer service.
Wow, I purchased a watch last week I had problems with the clasp, I was asked to send it back which I did, Hagley West received the watch Back on Friday and low and behold today(Monday). I received the replacement watch. Customer service go above and beyond, which is so important in this day and age. Will certainly be purchasing more watches in the future Wishing you the very best Tim, you are amazing and I love watching your “find Tim”, sadly I didn’t know about you guys before, as you have already been to my hometown of Marlow ❤️
Love the watch I got! I had one issue setting with getting the time set. Excellent customer service! Very prompt to my issue, made sure it was resolved quickly, and kept me updated with my replacement.
While I love the brand, and the watch (Original 36 - champagne) is beautiful, the band seems to lack quality and is very small, to the point where it is uncomfortable to wear. To be honest, it seems more sized for a child. And according to the company, when I contacted them about replacing the band, I was advised the band was unable to be replaced. The price was not terrible but at this price point, I would expect more from a watch. Seems like a disposable purchase.

I bought a watch and Hoodie from these guys and received it a week later, as promised. However, I also received a surprising bill from customs and excise via the shipper FedEx. When I told Hagley West, the team immediately jumped on it and refunded me the amount I had been asked to pay to customs. I know from personal experience in the wine trade that it can occasionally be tricky, dealing with international shipments and unexpected charges are applied occasionally to unsuspecting customers. This kind of immediate recompense makes all the difference. Well done to an excellent team. Love your journey.
I have been following Tim's journey and love his philosophy and message, Love Your Journey. I recently ordered 4 watches for my family for Valentine's Day. The watches arrived quickly and are excellent quality. I will definitely continue to support this small business and recommend the watches to my friends and family.
I brought a watch for my husband last year and unfortunately the strap broke a few weeks ago - I contacted customer services and can honestly say the service has been amazing and faultless. We sent back the original watch with a code they sent and we now have replacement watch - Thanks so much 🙂
Just bought my first Hagley West - an Original 46 in Blue. First off the entire process is very smooth and easy to handle. Watch was at my house within a week of ordering although i needed to pay a Customs fee of 36 Euros - which at no point was I aware of. The watch itself is good and fits well on my wrist - although I think the strap is too small. Currently its set on the one before the last and this is not ideal in my eyes. Will I buy again - most probably yes - but the models I like are all out of stock and they take too long to get new stock. All in all - till now am loving my Journey with Hagley.
