I got excited with the buy one get one free deal and ordered the wrong vitamins. I realised and emailed customer services to ask if they could cancel the order as I had placed another with correct items… I was expecting them to say no you will have to wait to receive the order and return to us. Which would have been fair enough. This morning I got a prompt response (only sent the email yesterday) for Giffy at customer services to say my order had been cancelled and refund issued… AMAZING service!! Buzzing to receive my correct order!
The customer support team went above and beyond, quick responses and super friendly. Really happy with the products I purchased, without a doubt will be ordering again.

Well what can i say. I made an order for gummies by mistake when i was supposed to order the capsules, so i contacted them half hour later to change them and got no response until the next day. They said they cannot change the order as the warehouse had already put a sticker on them. I had no confirmation to say they were dispatched yet, so the warehouse still has them but wont change them to the ones i wanted. Such terrible service. I will not be buying here again that's for sure!!!! They could easily not post them and send me the correct ones, they wont even offer a refund . so now im going to be stuck with gummies i cant use.
Je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande, le suivi du colis inexistant et j’ai envoyé deux mails au service de Hairburst et aucune réponse de leur part donc je passe par ici vu qu’ils répondent a tous les commentaires. POUR MOI PAS FIABLE DU TOUT. A croire que les commentaires avec 5 étoiles sont bidons. Vont ils réagir et que vont ils dire ? Mystère
I saw a great offer through Insta and had been thinking about ordering for a while. So I jumped at this price!! I’m so used to things being delivered the next day I started to worry my order had got lost in the post, so I made contact with customer services. They responded the very next day. 🤦🏼♀️ They were so apologetic and confirmed that due to the high level of orders they had run out of stock of one of the items I orders. They had replaced it with another item and sent it out that day. The order arrived the next day. I was so grateful. The additional item was completely Unnecessary but, wow. What great CS! I’ve started using the products and can’t wait to start getting the results. This company clearly care about their customers, new or old and will do what they can to ensure we all get a great experience. It’s worked. I will 100% continue using HairBurst. 100% recommend.
Da quando ho iniziato ad usare shampoo e balsamo per ricci i miei capelli sono rinati, il mosso rimane bello per più giorni e soprattutto puliti. Ho notato anche una maggior crescita di cappelli nuovi.
Really fast good customer service, I had an issue with my delivery and they resolved ot straight away,i am using the advanced vitamins and i also have the shampoo and conditioner and feel this is making my hair really healthy
Una estrella por ponerle algo,hace 2 semanas hice un pedido de casi 100€,porque encima todo carisimo,y no tengo noticias del pedido,no lo recomiendo para nada,una estafa,les escribo por correo con numero pedido y nombre y no contestan

Ho comprato e ricomprato shampoo e balsamo da mesi! Stavolta ho provato con i contenitori in alluminio così compro solo i refill (che costa qualcosa in meno). Soddisfatta 100%

The best hair care products that actually do what it says on the bottle. I had a late order dispatch which they didn't have enough of the free bobbles to put in so changed it to a mini product instead and was very fast at communicating back to me.
I've been using Hairburst vitamins for years and can see no appreciable difference in my hair growth. I might have continued on a 'just in case' basis, but in the last two or so years the marketing emails have become so aggressively persistent - even though I already have a subscription - that I have cancelled.
