I recently had an issue with the elastic failing in the bottom part of a fitted sheet. I wrote to Hampton and Astley who requested photos. Within days they had reviewed the photos and told me they were sending a replacement sheet. As the one I had was a discontinued 300 thread count they are replacing it with a 500 thread count. What amazing service. Yes their bedding is not cheap but it is quality and the service you get is worth every penny spent.
Superb quality bedding and towels. We purchased the bedding 4 years ago and it has washed up beautifully and still feels as good as the day we bought it. Minimal to no ironing and feels amazing to the touch. We've just bought another 2 sets along with some towels and the quality is just as good. Feels like very high hotel grade without the huge price tag. Fantastic service too. Highly recommended.
Speed of delivery was excellent and the sheets are amazing quality! I haven't had a bad night's sleep since I've had them which is unusual for me. They have added a touch of luxury to our bedroom.
Good quality bedlinen, although not as beautifully smooth as I had anticipated. My older bedlinen which had to be replaced after many years was beautifully smooth & silky. I'm hoping the new sheets will soften & become smoother with washing & use.

Well, I’m not in that league, but the quality of my first purchase for 2 luxury bath sheets and 2 face towels was so good that I placed a further 2 orders, one for a towel bundle and hand towels! You will not be disappointed if you buy any of these luxury towels, they are high-quality, with the softness and instant absorbency of Egyptian cotton. The most luxurious bedding! Makes us feel like we’re in a hotel with the quality of the Egyptian cotton satin! The sheen finish is stunning! Feels amazing even after lots of washes, so quality is really good. Company is also super helpful & friendly and can’t do enough for you!
Very pleased with the quality and delivery
These fitted sheet did not fit the bed. I don't know if it shrank (which it shouldn't after one wash) or the sizing is off. They are soft though.
Beautiful leaf throw This is so luxurious and so soft to touch it’s a really generous size and looks really classy on the bed it’s hotel quality and very well made it goes perfect with my duvet set with corded detail I had earlier on my favourite bedding I woul recommend this and a five star service
I have several of Hampton & Astley’s ‘Egyptian Cotton Sateen Bedding Sets’ and I can honestly say they are the silkiest, luxurious sheets to sleep in. My favourite bedding company and I would highly recommended to anyone thinking of purchasing a crisp white bedding. They wash perfectly and look like they have just been taken out of the packaging everytime. You won’t be disappointed with this lovely brand! X
