Very cheap quality product. but Bed frame price tagged £439 . it is nice looking but Not worth for money. don’t buy it. Unfortunately I ordered this product and assembled it.
Brought the London bus bed, excellent quality! Nothing to flaw! The paint are awesome! Parts are smooth and well fit. the bed is awesome! looks and feels so good both kids and non-kids love it! I’m more than happy with this purchase, plus delivery services and customer services are also excellent! On time delivery, very quick response from CS!
The customer service of Happy Beds is excellent. Sophie particularly is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the bed and she dealt with it very nicely and swiftly. I am very impressed and haven’t seen such a good customer service in recent times.

My new mattress arrived within a few days, I received regular updates on the delivery time and the delivery man was very helpful in taking it up the stairs for me. I would definitely recommend this company for their five star service and the product I received.
