Ordered drives, they charged credit card, would not ship drives unless I sent a picture of my CC and drivers license. What company does that if the card clears. No drives and I am trying to cancel and get my money back. I think it will never happen, but we will see.
The absolute best place for critical parts with great communication and flexible fast service. I depend on these guys. Hector who responds to the chat on the site IS the reason. Excellent service.
Paid a premium for a specific part number/drive. Instead they sent a substitute part number (without telling me) which commonly sells for $200 less per drive than the one I paid for. Then I was told if I want the actual part number that I ordered, I had to pay an extra $550 per drive. Shady bait and switch tactics. Would NOT recommend this company!
They said I they couldn't verify my address and in order to ship the item I had to wire them money instead of using my credit card. I was on the phone with them 4 different times to get to this point. Felt like a scam to me!!! Be very cautious with this company.
Ordered 30 drives for $85 each, was then notified that the drive was no longer available and suggested notified of another model priced at $500 each! Felt bait and switched overall. Canceled order.
Don’t buy from this company they cannot ship any parts to an address in the US. Not sure why - but shipping is an issue for them

Awful, did not ship the part we ordered and took several days for them to issue a refund. Required several emails requesting an immediate refund. Waste of time.
misleading pricing / inventory. Website says $97, but then a chat box interrupts the checkout price, says talk to a salesman. You hand over your phone number and email, the salesmans says it's actually $1100 with a month lead time. They're all lies, top to bottom.
Their item price database is not updated, but everything else is excellent.

your sales team was responsive and direct about what they had availability to. our issue is beyond all of the believed good bits of the order, we still received a spare that wasnt ordered; we specifically requested exact only and was assured exact was available. Only to have received an alternate (that wasnt called out ahead of time).
I always receive excellent support from Kevin. Any questions I have, he helps me resolve them very quickly, and he provides me with the necessary support to make my purchases.

Part was in stock and delivery was on time. Post-covid, many companies list arts as 'in stock' but once the order is placed respond that there is a two month wait. I appreciate Aman's forthrightness and direct honesty.
The immediate responses to email inquiries made the ordering and shipping processes seamless.

Was sent wrong product and when called back they said they sent me a newer one. When I was asked what happened to the one I bought have gotten nothing but a BS story. Went on their website and saw the product was now on sale with a $200.00 over the one I paid for i now no the reason why. Am trying to get in touch with them so I can send back the product received for a refund have been unable to get in contact with them and the 30 day return window is coming to an end. I truly believe this tactic is is on purpose and therefore it is on purpose. You probably will not post this but will continue in my quest to tell all people to be aware of dealing with this company.
