I ordered a size S, had to pay €30 tax on top of €25 shipping costs and the dress arrived turned out to be size M which was very clear from the tags. Very disappointed!

I am a seller. Unfortunately every payment in last 6 months has required my reminding them to make payment - 3 times on this occasion and still waiting. It’s not acceptable and concerns me that there may be wider issues in the background. Thankfully this is not a lot of money in my case but I’d be extremely nervous about selling high value items.

Untrustworthy company with terrible customer service. I have given HEWI a lot of items to sell and had to chase them for months to be paid out, or have my items returned that they could not sell. I am still waiting for some of these today, and that is with a supposedly VIP service. There is no communication at all from them, and their Accounts department simply do not pay out, even for refunds as a buyer. Overall, a terrible experience if compared to the countless other fashion resale sites.
