Popped in to Harrods in St James Quarter, Edinburgh , just to have a look round, Ria was the only assistant who acknowledged us, she was so friendly. We chatted about face cream, She really sold the product to us. We bought the face and eye cream. Will come back again. Ria was just so lovely and friendly, she is an asset to the brand. Thank you.
What excellent customer service we received today from Zac working in Sandro men’s wear. who helped my husband choose not one but three shirts. Nothing was too much trouble, getting different sizes.
I was mortified to see that there was a mark on the very expensive Louboutin shoes that I had ordered from Harrods. I immediately rang customer service and they were extremely helpful and sympathised. They did not have my size in but contacted the department who located a pair and got them in for the very next day, customer service gave me the mobile number of the assistant And when I rang him he was more than extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. He arranged for the shoes to be sent to me immediately after I have paid and they arrived three days after my original phone call , I immediately sent back the marked shoes and today a week after I had made the phone call I was informed that I would be refunded. The service was short of exceptional.

I have bought a food processor a month ago and it is not working and also I realised one container is missing. So filled online customer service form. it's been 4 days but no one has replied yet from Harrods. I thought it is one of UK's premium brand and my expectations were high for customer service and response time. But it has disappointed me so far.
I was served by Mahin at the cheese counter. This young man was well presented and knowledgeable about the variety of cheese being sold and his customer service was first class. Mahin spent a lot of time with me and gave me various samples and helped me choose the perfect cheese. His mannerism was highly professional. He made me feel like the most important person in the whole store and gave me the VIP shopping experience that Harrods would be proud to give to a customer. I left the store feeling like I never want to go to another shop unless I am given as much care as Mahin gave me. Harrods should be proud to have Mahin as a staff member because he is a role model for world class customer service. Every business in the world should aspire to provide customer service to the standard that Mahin is providing.
I went into Harrods in the Metrocentre for the first time looking for a wedding scent for me and my partner. The customer service I received was amazing, both staff members (Lou on Givenchy and I think Dianne on Este Lauder) were so helpful (not at all pushy like the service I received in some stores) and they made me and my partner feel so special. It’s a part of our wedding planning that will stay with us and I’ll definitely choose Harrods over any department store in the future. Thanks again to the girls, we’re both so grateful for the experience x

My experience with Harrods personal shopping, particularly with Marietta, was exceptional. After sending a photo of the Louis Vuitton handbag I desired, Marietta promptly sourced it and even provided a video tutorial on handle removal. His efficiency and attention to detail saved me the trip to Harrods from Sussex. Additionally, the promise of including Louis Vuitton perfume samples was a delightful touch. I eagerly anticipate receiving my new bag.

Judith in swimwear was fantastic! Also Ricardo in 1st floor jewellery. I wouldn't normally shop in Harrods, but the customer experience was out of this world. Grown up staff, knowledgeable, incredibly warm and helpful, everyone from the doorman to individual concession staff. Brilliant.
Rachel from skincare is the most kind and helpful employee there is! She was very kind and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns when it came to skincare and helping my friend and I find the perfect products for our individual needs. If all of the employees are like Rachel, I would recommend people stop by when in Edinburgh to get such friendly, high quality advice for all things beauty related!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Gabriella from H beauty Lakeside Thurrock for the amazing customer service we received today. She was extremely attentive, helpful and knowledgable. She was very patient and spent a lot of time with us showing us all different fragrances. With her help we managed to buy 2 perfumes today which we wouldn't have done otherwise.

On my recent visit, the staff were amazing as usual, and I was very happy with them—very polite, well-dressed, and great at serving, so I had no issues or qualms there. However, as a customer, I was really let down by some poor decisions made by management without any apparent thought or common sense. I specifically went in, as I often do, to purchase items from the food hall, rotisserie, patisserie, bakery, and to grab bits when I'm peckish, passing by, or whatever it may be. I like to splurge and buy stuff, which is normal for people coming into Harrods; we don't really think, we just buy stuff if we like it. But on this occasion, I bought quite a lot of desserts, some rotisserie chicken, bread, and other bits, and I wanted to get more. However, to my shock and dismay, the charge for the bags at the tills was outrageous. It's beyond belief how much you can charge for bags. I understand that in other departments this might be warranted, but it doesn't make sense in this department to buy a reusable bag when I'm only buying something for lunch or a quick visit. I'm not going to bring a bag every time when I'm just passing by; I don’t go to work or meetings with bags. And I'm certainly not going to buy a bag at the extortionate rates you're charging just because I'm buying some cakes and lunch. It makes no sense for me to have a fancy reusable bag and pay the earth for it. You have taken away all the paper bags, which is ludicrous and makes no sense. The food hall should have paper bags. And yes, if there's going to be a reasonable charge of 20 or 30 pence, then it makes sense. But why on earth would anybody pay such extortionate amounts for small reusable bags when they don't need to? And the crazy thing was, I wasn't the only one who felt this way. There was constant discussion among other customers saying the same thing. I'm absolutely appalled at this. And genuinely, I just won't go in and buy stuff on the fly anymore. I just won't do it. Because I'm not going to come with a bag. And I had to walk out with seven or eight desserts, the rotisserie chicken, the breads, and whatever else, without a bag. It felt ridiculous walking out and nearly dropping all that stuff on the way out. I shouldn't have to pay a huge sum of money for a bag that I don't need. A paper bag will do just fine, which is recyclable and, if needed, reusable. You can charge a nominal fee for it, which is adequate. But to extort people out of their hard-earned money for a bag that they don't need in that department, just because they may be buying lunch or a snack, is ridiculous. What does the man sitting at the desk upstairs think when he approves this? It's a great idea on paper, but it just doesn't work in practice. It's silly, very silly. Why on earth would people buy bags in other departments when they're spending such a huge sum of money at Harrods? I think you guys have lost the plot. I would genuinely not buy stuff for this reason alone moving forward, and I haven't done since that day, by the way. You can check what I bought on my Harrods card. So yeah, this doesn't really make sense anymore. It's the small things that push customers away. So your little bag sales are really not helping.
Shopping in Harrods is always a pleasure! Polite and very well informed staff make it very enjoyable!
