Only part of my order was first delivered, no notice given or update shared. Only when I chased it up was I first told on live chat they'd check and come back to me. Sent an email instead. No reply, chased again on live chat. Was told my items weren't available though still listed as a promo deal online. Eventually got a reply to my email saying they would be delivered, and they finally arrived today. Not the best service but I did get what I ordered eventually.
After a disastrous start to my order Craig rectified the situation and I have to say I am so so pleased with the after sales care i received.

Good service fast delivery
I ordered my new Nordmende deep freeze on line for click an collect same day as it was showing in stock and available for collection. However within an hour I was told it would be 2 days before it would be available. I received notice of collection THREE days later at 17.45, fifteen minutes before the store closed that it was available. It was only on the 4th day that it was available for collect. That process was also very poor, as the park and collect app was not working, and we were given incorrect direction. I would as a result never order something on line. Note. The staff in the warehouse were excellent and very helpful with loading when did finally get to pick it up.

Great service and excellent delivery
I ordered a Nokia G42 in purple and although all paperwork said purple I received a grey one. I phoned to see if a swap could be made and was delighted to be told it could all be done on my doorstep. Wonderful as I'm disabled. Two days later replacement received in beautiful purple all done and dusted. Superb service from your online staff, Ciara. A very happy customer.
I would like to commend and thank the manager and staff member at Harvey Norman Blanchardstown electronics department. I had an issue with a product and the matter was resolved immediately when I called to the shop. staff were very professional and polite, thank you. This event made me realise that buying a product from a reputable store such a Harvey Norman is the way forward.

€200 gift card was not sent with my packages and I've been struggling to get someone to assist. I wanted to purchase 2x beds and the voucher would have come in handy. In terms of the communication it's been a bit lacking. If no written response is forthcoming in terms of the link to purchase the items I'll unfortunately have to look elsewhere.
