As someone who is wearing RM Williams boots all the time, getting 2 pairs here, I was actually pleasantly surprised when the boots arrived. I didn't expect much, as I wasn't familiar with the bamrand, but after 2 weeks I can say well done. Really hope they last as well as they look and feel.

So far (pre-delivery) the experience has been poor. I was invited to use a 10% discount voucher for my first order, which the fine print stated was not applicable to orders with bulk discounts. Then, AFTER my first order, I was invited to apply for a 20% first time discount for my friends. So, I've been surrounded by apparent discount offers, none of which I've been able to use. It would have been better to not offer these in the first place!
