I’m 6’1” tall, broad shoulders, 50+” chest and44” waist. The knitwear fall short on sizing which is too small, typical of way too many vendors of knitwear. If this could be remedied, then my rating hopefully goes up to 5 stars.
Trousers fell apart after month of wearing them not impressed with the quality and disappointed with my purchase.
Bought three woven silk ties in January and two of them now have snags (in normal wear). Was advised by Customer Service that its "an issue of pilling and not a manufacturing fault" and to buy a "pilling brush" - and would then have to sort out the problem myself. I sent them pix of the problem and it doesn't seem to be pilling - but in any case it suggests that the ties aren't particularly well made.
The store at 55 BISHOPSGATE staffer Aymanh 10/10. I have purchased suits all around the world and have had suits made bespoke but this staff member was one of the best I have had the pleasure to meet. I will definitely be utilising his knowledgable services again as he made "Off the Peg" feel like "Bespoke" Aymanh, 10 out of 10 service. A credit to H&C.
Returns policy should be flexible if the garment is faulty! purchased 4 shirts over 28 days ago,but only recently opened the package for an interview tomorrow. The other 3 shirts are perfect, but not Blue. A very minor colour fault in the front of the shirt, but as not wearing a tie, it is visible above the suit eye line. My £329 suit I purchased in the same store yesterday is excellent. My expectations are not the same as the she/he manager in your White City, flagship store, she/he offered me another shirt for £35. Not a happy customer, 75% perfection is unacceptable, left the store without the shirt, purchased an excellent faultless equivalent shirt in Charles Tyrwhitt, where I will be shopping for all my future menswear and suits in future.
The ordering process simple and the shirts were delivered on time. The shirts are great quality and look excellent. I’m delighted with them & much cheaper. I’ll be back! 😍
Returned an item for exchange for a bigger size. Nothing arrived, on chasing them up they 'lost' the parcel. Sent a replacement only to find they sent back the same size as the original. 6 weeks later, I still don't have the item I wanted. Incompetent.

The customer service representative was extremely helpful. The rep's name is Sorrel. The minor issue is that the customer service lines are unreachable. Aside this, the engagement was 5*
The agent initially refused my statutory right of return for faulty goods, they then ignored my first request for an exchange and went for refund instead. Also, I had to reach out again to get the postage cost refunded as well. Very, very poor all-round, I wouldn't recommend Hawes and Curtis or use them again myself.
I ordered a jacket from Hawes & Curtis over 3 weeks ago! I have tried to speak to their customer service team who just keep giving me excuses about trying to figure it out with Royal Mail.

Never again. No customer service. The exchange items takes weeks not 10 days which is far too long. Other companies solve any issues within days, but not H & C. My fist and the last oder.
I bought four shirts which have the same collar size and sleeve length. Surprisingly two of the shirts have sleeves that are an inch or more shorter. It was impossible for the shrinkage to have been caused by a 30 deg wash. Discovered this issue after the return period. First purchase in years from H&C but I'll go elsewhere in future.
Placed an order, one item was not available, was offered options, chose an alternative item, communication and follow up contact was quick, helpful and friendly. Great Customer Service. Good products
