Ordered a Hudson Reed Shower screen and side panel from Heat and Plumb. Great Price and fast, safe and secure delivery. I had an issue with the door magnet not working once the product had been installed. However, Mack at Heat and plumb quickly got back to me (within minutes of my initial email) with advice from the manufacturer on things to try to fix the issue. It worked and I am happy! Mack was quick and responsive and I felt supported throughout the issue. I would recommend using this company.

I ordered some bathroom cabinets and a basin from HeatandPlumb. when I received the delivery I realised that the basin was too big for the cabinet supplied .I rang them up and explained the situation to a lady who was very pleasant and understood the situation. Within a day she had sorted the problem out and I received the correct basin in a couple of days. Excellent customer service all provided in a very pleasant and professional way. Well done !
