Love the clothes and when it came time for a exchange/return customer services helped me out a ton!
Absolute con! Ordered dresses and returned several as bought options. Have been given store credit which is apailing as there were occasion dresses. at no point is it made clear that they give store credit only when reading the FAQ’s. A warning should be given. Will never order again

UPDATE. Lisa @ Hello Molly has now reached out and has an arranged for a refund back to my original payment method. Thanks Lisa 😁 Hello Molly does not give refunds for returned item. Instead I recieved a store credit which sadly is of no use to me . I have tied to contact customer service several times on both the return mail and the info mail but have not gotten an answer.

I recently ordered a dress from Hello Molly and sadly it never arrived (at least it didn’t come to my address and no one has mentioned they accidentally received it). I sent customer service a message and explained the situation (package wasn’t delivered even though it says it has been) and they quickly responded- getting in touch with delivery service and eventually refunding me all together (store credit). Tanya was super nice and easy to chat with- thanks Tanya! Luckily I ordered a new dress that did arrive!
So happy with Bianca from Hello Molly. She helped me navigate an issue with a return code (problem on my end) and she made it so simple for me. Not only that, I emailed at night expecting to hear back in a couple of business days and had a response and issue fixed in ONE email from Bianca. This kind of service is unheard of these days. Especially when the fault was mine and they could’ve said tough luck!
