I always go to Holland & Barrett for my Vitamins and Cod liver oil. Always have done. They are very helpful if you wish to ask a question and always plight.
Manager told me he could order a product and it would be available for collection the next day, went to collect it the next only to be told we would never order a product and to be called a liar from the assistant, never been spoken to like that, very rude, awful experience at their Stretford branch, another customer lost
Items are packaged well and always fast delivery never had any problems.
On 24 January 2024 I bought a Turmeric & Sweet Potato Daal from H&B in Horsham, West Sussex. The food made my wife violently sick and bedridden for days. I made H&B aware of this on 25 January 2024, but they didn't reply till 20 February 2024. They said they would investigate and then didn't reply till 21 March 2024. They offered a £20 voucher to compensate but then basically asked for my wife's medical history, which, understandably, she was unwilling to share with a third party. Since then there have been various back-and-forth emails with the outcome being H&B has done nothing and told me to get my wife to talk to her GP about allergnes. It's quite clear that H&B doesn't give two ***** about its customers... an absolute disgrace. Avoid!
The thing I love about Holland and Barrett is how easy it is to order online. They have fantastic product and a great choice also you get great offers on product. Fantastic delivery service would highly recommend

Easy to order through online store where I can buy only the products I need, no impulse buying and everything is very quickly packed for me in the store for me to collect. I do not mind the small extra cost for the collection.

Placed an order for next day Click & Collect as I was going to be in central London. When checking out the order it clearly said the items would be ready for collection next day. There was no caveat stating estimated delivery or not guaranteed next day. I’ve received no notification the item has even been shipped, yet, I can no cancel the order. In fact I have been told by CS to wait for the order to arrive at the store (I’m no longer able to get to), and then the order will be automatically refunded after 14 days if not collected. This means H&B will have my money for over 2 weeks before I’m refunded. Disgraceful and unacceptable business practices. If you cannot guarantee a delivery date don’t offer it. Simple!
Great staff in Coleraine store, always pleasant and so helpful. Mostly can get what I want, except strawberry flavour liquorice. Shop Always tidy and clean.
Ordered twice,didn’t mean to. Tried to return one of them, nightmare! So I have still got them. Apart from that they are really good, you can find just about anything!!!

Poor customer service in East Ham. I am regular customer in East Ham for about 10 years now. Repeatedly I'm getting poor customer service. The name mentioned in the receipt. She is not smiling, no greeting, not telling thanks.. Just like that she is serving without interest. Manager needs to get in and provide good training. Thanks. If this continues again I'll talk to the Store Manager and again if continue then I'll escalate to Head Office.

Ordered online to collect from our local store. Ordered in the morning was able to collect same day. I prefer to shop this way, then there is no wasted journey if I happen to pop in and find items are not available. Great service from staff too, always helpful.
When I required assistance to find the actual purchases I wanted, the member of staff was extremely helpful and efficient. Even when paying, the cashier was very friendly and curtious towards me.
I am always impressed about how much information the staff give you about the products they are selling. Very helpful & I feel I have purchased the correct items for my needs
They do not send the items, items always oıt of stock. Horrible service, will not purchase again.
